We stayed here for a long weekend to visit our Purdue student and attend the Purdue/Notre Dame football game. It was two couples and this place was perfect. Only 10 minute drive to campus and downtown Lafayette, as well as close to plenty of food/shopping options. The house was super clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Burt's communication regarding check-in and check-out was on point and we had no issues at all during our stay.Would definitely recommend and will likely try to stay here again on another visit to Purdue.

A very clean duplex which we found for a Purdue football game weekend. The check in and out process was super easy, and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

This is a well-maintained property about 10 minutes off campus. The property manager is very good at communicating and the check-in and checkout process was very easy. Having access to a large one car garage was also very nice.

3 Night Golf Trip

The property was easy to find, easy access to Purdue University and places to eat. The instructions for gaining access were clear and the guest manual was very helpful. The Roku TV was nice with streaming service so was able to catch some Olympic action.

Nice condo

Exactly what we needed to be closer to my husband's job during a busy stretch. I suggested a few additions to the kitchen (mixing bowl, corkscrew, etc.) and the owner agreed to add them. Would stay there again no question

Very nice rental experience

The unit was very clean and well kept. Some niceities that were not expected were a bowl of mini-chocolate candy bars and a well stocked coffee supply which also included soda and chips.

College Drop Off

My wife and I moved our son in to Purdue. The rental was perfect for our needs. Clean and only about a 10 minute drive from the Purdue campus. The snacks and personalized welcome message at the house were great.

Nice

The property itself is nice. Slept well. Towels are off-the-chart nice. Could use a few more pillows or fluffier pillows. Heads up: This VRBO is a condo with a shared wall between 2 units. On our first night the neighbor had a party til 3:30 am. The remaining other nights, things were quiet.

This house was located on a very, very very busy street. It felt like I was sleeping on a freeway. The vents over the bed were filthy. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner, the Dispensers were empty in the shower. The carpet was dirty. There were no headboards on the beds. The only good thing was it was centrally located. The door from the garage to the house did not lock. I didn’t feel safe.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations. We’ll be addressing the cleanliness issues you mentioned with the vents, carpet, and shower dispensers right away, and I’ll make sure our team reviews these areas more thoroughly moving forward. Just to clarify on the garage door concern: the door you mentioned opens from the garage into the house, but it isn’t accessible from outside, so there was never a safety risk to your stay. I do appreciate you noting the home’s central location as a positive, and I’ll take your other comments into account as we continue improving. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
