We have just received notice that the pool will require maintenance. Therefore, it will be emptied starting October 1st for tile replacement, deep cleaning, and other necessary repairs.

The work is expected to last 4–6 weeks. Please note that there is a possibility the maintenance may take longer.

For all bookings made after this date, it will be assumed that guests are aware of and accept that the pool may be closed during their stay.

Family-Friendly: This condo is perfect for families, with two bedrooms to accommodate up to four guests, plus a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep an additional two guests.

Entertainment Hub: The living room boasts a brand new smart TV with Prime Video included, courtesy of us, so you can unwind and enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

Outdoor Dining: For those cherished family dining moments, there's an outdoor table that comfortably seats guests, allowing you to savor meals al fresco.

Well-Equipped Kitchen: While compact, the kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs, featuring a fridge, microwave, glass cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and even an electric grill for preparing delightful family feasts. You'll find silverware, plates, cups, and pots and pans to facilitate your culinary adventures.

Comfortable Bedrooms: The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and ample storage space for your personal belongings. The spare bedroom offers two single beds and an additional storage area.

The Las Palmas neighbourhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach. One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
