Great Stay

Great place to stay. Very close to Kemah Boardwalk and NASA which we visited. The house was exactly how it was described. The hot tub was a nice plus because we were not looking for a place with one. We had a great time on our visit.

The house was very clean. The Host had great communication, and responded quickly to messages. My family enjoyed our time there and we had plenty of comfortable space. The hot tub was a plus for relaxation. The shower had plenty of hot water, which is very important for our family.

The owner was right there on the property if needed. Gave us absolute privacy although right there. Answered all questions and concerns quickly and very honest and kind. Inside was nicely decorated with all you need and more. It’s only a block or two away from the busyness of the town, yet quiet and peaceful as in the country.

Under the Trees

If you enjoy sitting outside with family and friends, this is the house for you. Big, beautiful shade trees that kept us cool even in July. . Water bottles in the fridge, coffee in the cabinet and spices ready to cook any meal.

Since this is an authentic 1955 home on pier and beam, recent heavy rains caused unexpected settling which we immediately inspected and addressed prior to your arrival. As we stated in our message to you prior to arrival, the hot tub cover was water logged and a new one had been ordered. We always aim to be fully transparent with our guests, which is why I reached out before check-in to give you a heads-up about the hot tub cover and maintenance needs while actively sourcing repairs. We've since taken care of these items to ensure the home is in top shape for future stays. Thanks again for staying with us!
