KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, spices, coffee maker, blender, 3-person breakfast bar
INDOOR LIVING: Electric stove, flat-screen TV, cement floors, vaulted ceilings
SPEAKEASY: Hidden man cave equipped with poker set, couch, chess set
GENERAL: Free WiFi, towels/linens, central A/C & heat, laundry machines w/ detergent, ceiling fans, and cleaning supplies
FAQ: 1 Ring doorbell security camera (facing out), 3x outdoor camera, strict max occ, no parties, shared backyard and shared laundry room

PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles, can't be all SUVs)
SHARED SPACE: PLEASE NOTE: You may share a outdoor space and laundry room space with another guest located at the guesthouse. It is sound proof and separated by a garage. All of the doors between the main house and guest house are separate and secure. The main house and guest house have their own unique codes of entry so you will not be sharing a living space. The ONLY SHARED SPACES are the laundry room and backyard.

We will ALWAYS let you know if the guesthouse is booked during your stay.

Very responsive and accommodating

My family enjoyed the home. It was very spacious where three adults working from home were able to work in completely separate spaces comfortably. It was an easy check in and check out process which was so convenient because I left at 4am. It’s the most stressful thing to have to go through a lonnnng list of requirements to be out. Here it wasn’t like that. We were comfortably able to respect all the wishes. I would probably come back just to be able to swim in that pool. Thanks M. For making this a great experience when quickly responding.

Listing was inaccurate

We booked this specific property for the hot tub amenity, just to get there and find no hot tub. The listing had a picture of the hot tub and the listing stated it was an included amenity. We brought steaks to grill but it was a propane grill and the propane wasn’t furnished. When I messaged the property manager their response was, “Just a reminder if using the grill or outdoor heater then you will have to buy your own propane.” That info was not included in the listing. The media room projector didn’t work with Bluetooth or the cord supplied. When I messaged the property manager, I got no response. We unfolded one of the sofas just to find someone’s dirty underwear. We woke up to check out and was gathering our things. The listing said check-in at 4 and check out at 11. Property manager messaged me at 10:45 am reminding me that check out was at 10. 5 minutes later the cleaning lady shows up. I answer the door and she rudely lets us know that our check out time was 10am and she was here to clean. I told her my reservation said 11 and we would be out by then. There were no extra trash bags, no dish soap, no extra toilet paper or paper towels. The listing said there was a washer and dryer but the property manager notified us after checking in that the wash room was off limits and we must not enter that room or the garage. The listing stated there was a gym but we were notified the day of our reservation that there was a last minute booking for the guest house.
