The main living room is bright and airy and overlooks lovely long range canal views on a 60' wide canal. The living room features an open floor plan with sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and reclining chair that leads out to a covered porch with table and chairs. The kitchen features full line of appliances with lots of countertop space for cooking and entertaining guests with a connecting dining room with table that seats six. The master bedroom features a queen bed with full size bathroom, flat screen television with Direct TV. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, closet storage with access to private balcony and access to the full size hallway bathroom. Venture Out charges a $125 registration fee upon arrival paid via cash or cc only. There is no boat trailer parking and the overflow lot for a 2nd vehicle is not guaranteed and is first come first serve and may not be reserved in advance. Starting April 1st, AT&T will begin Operation Fiberoptic VO. Three teams will swarm the park in multiple locations. Please make sure your renters are aware that there will be park-wide construction. Potholes, noise, & wifi outage will be the norm. for 4-6 weeks, while they bring us up to date. Due to ongoing upgrades inside the association some of the amenities may not be available during your stay and there maybe some interruption in electric service as repairs are made. Please contact prior to booking for approx. closure/repair dates.
