This two-bedroom, two-bathroom comes with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. The 2nd bedroom comes equipped with two twin beds, but can easily be converted into a king bed upon request. The underground parking offers free, private, and gated parking with elevators for quick access to and from your car.



Just steps away, the Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village / Snowmass mall, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the shuttle provides rides to Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. Our concierge team is also here to arrange private transportation to get you to any destination in comfort and style.

The unit includes a private balcony, ski locker storage on the ground level, underground parking, Wi-Fi, brand new in-unit washer + dryer, brand new dish washer, two communal hot tubs, communal grills, and a fitness center. After a long day on the mountain, you will be sure to enjoy returning back for a dip in one of the two hot tubs.

The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare both wonderful family dinners or romantic meals for two. Additionally, there is a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance to pick up any ingredients you may need. If dining out is your preference, there is no shortage of restaurants between Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Mall.

One covered parking space is provided with the unit. If you have additional cars, please let us know ahead of time and we are happy to try and accommodate! Additional parking spots are available on a first-come first-served basis.

The parking garage clearance height is 7'5''.
