I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shelyn and her incredible rental and boutique! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolute perfection. The rental space itself is a dream—impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and filled with thoughtful touches that make you feel instantly welcome. It is clear that Shelyn puts her heart and soul into maintaining a top-tier property. On top of that, her boutique is an absolute gem! It features a curated, unique selection of high-quality items that you simply can't find anywhere else. Shelyn has an amazing eye for design and style, and her passion shines through in every corner of her business. What truly sets this experience apart, though, is Shelyn herself. She is an outstanding host and business owner—warm, professional, attentive, and deeply committed to ensuring her guests and customers have a memorable experience. If you are considering booking her rental or shopping at her boutique, do not hesitate for a second. You will be so glad you did! Thank you, Shelyn, for your wonderful hospitality and for creating such a special place. I cannot wait to return!

Massena gem

Very lovely, clean and modern accommodations right in the heart of downtown Massena. (Stairs might be challenging for those physically challenged). Plenty of parking and great access to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended spot .

Quaint and Comfortable

We were only in town for two nights, but Simplicity served our needs perfectly. Although located on a "main" street, the town was quiet, and we did not hear any street noise. The inside accommodations were perfect and simple. Always appreciate being able to make a cup of coffee and enjoy one of the complimentary snacks. The large walk in shower was nice as well. If in the area, we would stay here again.

Very nice and very clean! The only suggestion I have is to put a mat on the bottom of the shower. It got really slippery while showering and I almost fell

Perfect home away from home!

This property was amazing! It is clean, well appointed, very comfortable, beautiful view, charming area, and the owner is fabulous. Prior to our stay I had many questions that were responded to promptly every time. During our stay there was an issue that was not in the owners control. She went out of her way, coming out late at night, to be sure it was taken care of promptly. When we were not sure if the issue could be fixed during our short stay, she offered a couple alternatives if the issue could not be fixed timely. Thankfully it was taken care of because we did not want to leave this space but if we had needed to, the owner was taking care of all the arrangements. I would stay here again if ever in the area!
