E-202 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Second Floor Oceanside Condo with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds. This condo has 2 Flat Panel TVs, 1 Smart TV ,2 DVD Players, basic cable, and High-Speed Wireless Internet is provided for your convenience. Point Emerald Villas is a wonderful retreat for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and unwind by the sea!

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards. Trailers are not allowed.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 2-night minimum, off-season only.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
