~ The Retreat Center in the center of the property houses daily staff, a morning gratis coffee/tea service, The Wild Flower Day Spa, the GYM, and shower rooms. The pool and hot tub are on the lakeside of the Retreat Center as well as the beach and marina area.
~ One underground parking space provided. Additional parking available in front of the building as first come first served and with Parking Permit (available at the Retreat Center).
~ During the summer, we ask guests to wear colorful, rubber wrist bands to help identify current guests and residence.
~ BBQs are available throughout the property from use and are reservable.

Guest access
The condo will be all for you and your guests. You will share the pool, hot tub, gym, and beach area with full time residents and other guests of the property.
Other things to note
The Seasons at Sandpoint is a year-round luxurious residential condominium property consisting of numerous amenities. Many of the residents are year-round residents and enjoy meeting guests that visit the property.

Parties and events are not allowed as per HOA rules and regs.
