About this space
The condo is located on 5th Street, just 1/2 block from Nucleus Ave., and walking distance to shopping, dining, pubs, coffee, entertainment and more! Built in 2018, this main floor condo welcomes guests to 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms great for family trips or traveling friend groups. The condo is just a short drive from Glacier International Airport, Glacier National Park, Whitefish Mountain Resort, and Flathead Lake making it the perfect basecamp for Montana adventuring!
The space
This main level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, spacious main bedroom (queen bed) with private connected bathroom and large closet, second bedroom (queen bed), full second bathroom, sliding door to balcony/patio off dining area, entry closet, and washer & dryer for guest use. The condo was built as an ADA unit per building requirements in 2018 which may provide accessibility accommodations for some guests, that other units may not offer.

Cute Condo

Perfect location

Home was very spacious and new. Perfect location in order to walk to food or grocery store. Very clean and easy access.

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! We spent the night here after leaving Glacier National Park. The condo was clean, the rooms and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great location! We enjoyed walking downtown and going to the ice cream shop.

Great condo!

This was a wonderful condo in a nice area, close to the airport. We only stayed one night, but it was clean and convenient to restaurants and the grocery store. The master bathroom and closet would benefit from a dresser and/or vanity. There also were no extra linens or blankets, which was awkward as our fourth person needed to sleep on the couch so did not have a blanket. Probably this could have been averted if we had notified the owner, but it was late by the time we realized. Otherwise, it was a nice place and we would definitely stay again!

Short on toilet paper, ice maker in refrig did't work- to be fixed after our week stay. Tv remote didn't work. Fixed next day. Poor insulation,heard people beside & above us just walking let alone other louder noises. They allow dogs in some units so you have to listen to them barking. Unit was good for 4, but definitely not 6. Master bathroom no vanity or anywhere to put your stuff.,plus the toilet tank top was cracked & piece broken out.They definetly have room to put a vanity or table in the bathroom, so do it!

Cozy & Modern, Near Restaurants, Bars, & Grocery Store

I stayed here with my family (2 kids 7 and 12), and one of them had a bed while the other really enjoyed the pullout couch bed. Our bed was a little soft but workable for a few nights. We found it a bit challenging not to have a countertop around the sink or place for storage in the main bedroom's bathroom, but we also recognized that the condo would be ideal for someone in a wheelchair who needs more open space. The condo was clean and cozy, with olive oil and salt & pepper available for use. We all thought the digital locking system was safe and not hard to learn the combinations. The kids enjoyed using it. The hallway smelled like marijuana, but our condo didn't take on any of the smell. We enjoyed our time in the heart of Columbia Falls, close to restaurants and a pretty well-stocked grocery store.

Great Location!

The location was fantastic. Super walkable to a lot of places in Columbia Falls and easy to access all the area has to offer. The unit itself was clean and the perfect size for our family. It was pretty bare bones in what it offered, but we were able to make do. The lock on the door gave us a ton of issues. We couldn’t enter with the code we were given and had to call for help. It delayed our entry about 25 minutes. The building is also super loud. The people above us were so loud and on the deck until late and stomped around a ton. They could use some more comfortable pillows and a little more shelf space of some kind in the master bathroom. We would definitely consider staying here again and a few simple things could take this unit from good to great!

Modern and Comfortable

Perfect except the train whistles at night.

This condo is great. Everything you would expect for the price. If you are a light sleeper, the frequent train whistles at night will bother you. The handicapped bath has no counter, for a good reason, but some people would like to have one.

Great stay!

This property was super clean, organized and a great location to go see Glacier National Park. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and the check in was painless with them having the codes we needed all ahead of time. We also felt very safe in this area! Highly recommend!
