If you want to relax, swim, go biking, fishing, kayaking, play billiard/foosball and other board games this home is just for you! The nearest beautiful beach (Jungle Hut park) is minutes away with free easy parking! Popular beaches (Flagler, Daytona, St. Augustine, Ormond, Matanzas) are all within 15-25 mile radius. Historical city of St. Augustine with museums, aquarium's, zoo, and restaurants are 25 minutes away. Saltwater fishing piers and canals minutes away. Many amazing parks nearby for walking, sight seeing, or kids playgrounds! Disney World in Orlando is about 1.5 hrs away.
The house is a one story home with 3 bedrooms. There is a beautiful lanai with a screened SALT POOL area with an outdoor GRILL kitchen area. I provide spare propane tanks for the grill at no cost already at the house. The salt pool generates natural chlorine produced from salt for a comfortable feel. The pool has night lights and a safety fence installed.
The POOL is automatically HEATED by heat pump throughout the cooler seasons (typically Nov-March). The temperature of the pool is adjustable per guests preference but typically stays in the 80âs degree Fahrenheit in the cool seasons and around 70 degrees in the warmer seasons. If guests want to increase the pool temperature in the âwarmerâ months, please let me know and we can negotiate a fee for that type service if available; although during the summer months itâs best to keep the pool temperature cool.
The garage has a BILLIARD table, foosball, bikes, and beach equipment for use. If you want to take the bikes to a park nearby, bring a van or pickup truck!
There is a smart TV with Netflix and Samsung free streaming channels. You can bring your own account info to use other favorite streaming sites.
The Living room features many of your favorite board games inside the table near the futon.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and WHIRLPOOL. The whirlpool has salt and bath oil available for a nice spa session in the evening. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin and full size mattresses. A work table is also available. The futon in the living room unfold to act as a sleeper. Extra Sheets and blankets can be found in the closets. A pack and play for babies is available at the house for sleeping and playing.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Palm Coast is a beautiful city and very peaceful place. There is a little bit of everything here and nearby beaches are very relaxing. Beaches are not packed and parking is free and easy to find. The city is right between St Augustine historical city and Daytona beach which is home of Daytona Racing tracks.

My property is very beautiful and has very good furniture. The place has a beach and vacation theme at the house and is very safe for renters. The pool is a salt pool and also can be heated. The house has a game room that is very rare with a professional billiard table.
