Do NOT rent this property! I waited over two hours for the owner Viktor to show up and open the door (check in time was 3 and I text him at12 letting him know I was in the area so he was aware)The door key code didn’t work so I was forced to wait. While I waited I checked out the neighborhood which is sketchy at best. The back yard is dated and nothing like the pics posted. When Viktor finally showed up he unlocked the door and allowed me in. It had an extremely strong smell of cleaning solution, like they were trying to hide something. It was so bad you could taste it. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Absolutely HORRIBLE odors. Viktor never stepped foot inside even though I complained about the foul odors. I tried mopping (2x) with clean water but nothing helped. I could not even stay the night. After texting Viktor with my complaints he said he understood why I wouldn’t stay yet never answered VRBO calls or emails to respond to my complaints. VRBO was completely useless with helping me. I spent over 12hrs on recorded phone calls (I recorded) over the next 4days, multiple emails (3 stating they’d refund my money only to then say the were still looking into it). I was supposed to rent for 5 weeks. I didn’t stay a night. I ended up leaving FL 4 days later and had to wait almost 11 days to finally get my refund which was not refunded to my credit card like they promised. Viktor was completely useless and is looking for a money grab. Do NOT rent this place. You’ve been warned.
