The house was cozy and had all the comforts we needed for our stay. It was clean and looks like the pictures. If you need a place to stay on Greenwood I'd recommend it!

Perfect Stay for Our BBQ Weekend!We stayed at the Reynolds House during our BBQ competition weekend, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The home is charming, clean, and full of character — just the right blend of comfort and Southern hospitality. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully stocked, from the kitchen essentials to cozy linens.The location was ideal — just minutes from downtown Greenwood, which made it easy to get to the competition site and explore local restaurants and shops in our downtime. Plenty of space to relax and recharge between events, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.You can tell the owners take great pride in this home. It’s quaint, well-equipped, and welcoming — everything you want in a VRBO stay. We’ll absolutely be back next year!

This was the perfect little home for our short stay. Had all the things we needed. Beds were comfy. Loved the waters and snacks.

Great Location

The location was excellent close to shopping center, grocery store & restaurants. I plan on staying there the next time I’m in Greenwood!! Property was very nice & clean!!!

Feels like home

Checked in and had a nice cup of coffee while we looked through the restaurant and things to do book the property left for us. Our daughter and my husband loved the games. Bed were very comfortable. All the comforts of home in this beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay.

Exactly What We Needed

Just like the listing - the interior of the house is well-decorated + clean, and the exterior was well-maintained. It was a peaceful, quiet night, so we were able to get the rest we were seeking. The host responded quickly to any questions had, and seemingly really just enjoys being a host - which is such a breath of fresh air compared to other hosts charging a million different, unnecessary fees. Wish we had booked it for longer, it was so cozy. Will book again when in the area!!

Absolutely GREAT!

The Reynolds house is welcoming, extremely clean and bright and had everything we needed for almost a week stay. We wanted to be able to cook some meals, so basic kitchen amenities were important to us and the house had all the basics we needed. The location was a good home base to get around from. The Big Apple Bakery just down the street has the most delicious doughnuts! Carlton was an excellent host - very responsive and communicative!

Great lil' Greenwood House

Just as advertised. Very clean. Recently remodeled. Update furnishings. Good water pressure. Definitely will stay again. Only downsides were the curtains were a bit thin for my sleeping preference and it's on a main road so there is some associated noise.
