If you want to be in the town and have quick access to everything, this is the place for you.

Work trip

Enjoyed our stay. 5 minute drive to historic downtown. Property owner was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Very nice stay while working in Winchester.

Large property

My partner and I stayed for a couple days at this property to visit. It wasn't in the greatest location because it was right off a busy road near commercial storefronts. There was a great parking lot which was easy. The owner was very communicative even when we had some issues booking an extra night. The quality of the furniture and beds was a little disappointing, but overall we had a good experience.

Great for groups or families

This property is like staying in someone's home. There's a few imperfections here and there, but it's clean well stocked and fairly easy to get to. There are three different fast food restaurants directly across the street.My only issue is that it's a little noisy because it's on the main road and traffic is going by at all hours. But it was much better than a hotel where that there might have been noise in a hallway or from adjacent rooms, so we were all very pleased with the value of staying here. Much better than grabbing a couple of hotel rooms.

Not what we thought

The condo was extremely dirty with dry wall all over the floor and counters that got all over all our clothes. Had musty smell. Owner did not disclose that downstairs was also a VRBO and we thought it was a spa and heard people yelling and arguing at 2am. Overall negative experience would not recommend. Oh also AC barely worked was very hot

Hi, thank you for letting us know. We did do some drywall repairs. We’re sorry if there was any dust that was left from that. We are also removing the metal floor from short term rental sites help avoid noise in the future

The apt needs a go over, many small things:Walls need painting and are dingy Kitchen cupboards dirty insideLockbox is finicky to open and close, need to pull the door tight to get the lock to work. Toilet paper holder brokenShower pressure very weak2nd bedroom cluttered with shelving and too many lites on at oncePatio nice but cluttered with unusable things and pots with dead or non existent plantsSorry, not really happy with it.

I've already added the items you mentioned to our maintenance and refresh list, including repainting and touch-up work, deep cleaning the kitchen cabinets, repairing the toilet paper holder, improving the shower pressure, servicing the lockbox, decluttering the second bedroom, and cleaning up the patio area. We continually invest in improvements based on guest feedback, and your comments help us prioritize those updates. I apologize that these items impacted your stay and appreciate you bringing them to my attention.
