This a great opportunity to enjoy Flagstaff for the cool summer weather or the wonderful wintry weather in the ultimate setting of the Forest Highlands private golf community!
This fabulous Forest Highlands home is beautifully situated at the tee box of the Canyon Course within walking distance of outdoor space and the 18-hole putting green. This is an adorable 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with all the features you are looking for! Large, open great room with cozy fireplace and golf course views.
Wonderful eat-in kitchen with an island and plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. The master bedroom is on the main level with a fireplace and access to the great deck. The guest bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and is also on the first floor. Upstairs, you will find the third bedroom with 3 beds and its full bathroom. The house was well-designed to minimize wasted space and has many custom features. New 4k smart TVs, Gig internet, and great WiFi allow you to work remotely or simply stream your favorite shows.
The outdoor deck is the highlight of the house and is nicely distanced from the tee box. In the summer, you'll find yourself spending a lot of time on the deck; whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner--or just to relax. We have a small tv that you can take outside and wifi is excellent.
Bicycles, Electric Bikes, and a new EZGO 4-seat lithium electric golf cart can be available upon request for an additional fee. IMPORTANT: Contact us regarding pets, as we currently only allow hypoallergenic non-shedding small dogs.
Please note: Forest Highlands requires the following: "All leases must be for a minimum of 30 consecutive days unless to an existing Forest Highlands Member. Use of any of the common area facilities (Golf Courses, Golf Practice Areas, Golf Course Paths, Putting Course, Pools, Tennis Courts, Clubhouses, Restaurants, Fitness Centers, Sports Park, Ponds/Lakes, disc golf course, playgrounds etc.) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED by anyone leasing a home unless accompanied by a Forest Highlands Golf Club Member. We are a family of 5 that lives in Scottsdale, AZ and absolutely love Flagstaff and the tranquility of Forest Highlands. Originally from the Midwest, having a vacation home in Flagstaff brought back the memories from growing up. We decided to share this property with others that want to experience all that Flagstaff has to offer within the gated confines of this remarkable community.

Forest Highlands is a rare gem that is difficult to imagine until experiencing it. You are not even 10-minutes from town, but feel like you're in your own peaceful bubble. It's a place where kids can wander off and ride their bikes and you won't have to worry. The weather, the safety, the smell of the tall pine trees--all makes this community (and this house) memorable.
