Peaceful and inviting 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home offers a spacious getaway including a large yard and covered parking. Relax on the back patio and enjoy the beautiful live oak trees, chairs, and hammocks. Enjoy a craft beer at one of the 7 Austin breweries that are in the neighborhood!
Located close to I-35, 183 & Mopac providing easy access to all of Austin's main attractions including downtown, Zilker (ACL), UT, the Domain, Q2 Stadium and COTA for concerts & Formula 1.
The space
We welcome you to our home for your next Austin getaway! Snacks and beverages are available to make you feel right at home upon arrival. Large windows looking into the backyard with a door that opens up right into the living room area. Great for getting together with family and friends.
One bedroom is on the first floor with attached bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs with a bathroom in the main hallway. Kitchen, living room and breakfast nook are open concept. The living room sofa turns into a full size sofa bed if needed. Fast wifi, Smart TV, Firesticks to access your accounts on all televisions in home. There is covered parking for two and additional street parking.
Beds and bedrooms are inviting and spacious so you can relax and spread out.

*Twin Daybed in private room
Dining Table that can expand to seat up to 8, Breakfast table, Outside table & chairs to enjoy eating outside.
Living room has 55 inch smart TV and comfortable seating with unique vintage furniture.
Kitchen includes dishes, cookware, glasses, serving plates. Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Garbage Disposal.
Washer & Dryer
This is our home and we are excited to have you come stay! You will find some toddler toys in the backyard and baby gates near the stairs since we have a small child. We are nearby if you have any additional needs during your stay.

Guests have access to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Living, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry, backyard patio & large backyard, and driveway.

*No parties or large events allowed in home.
*This home is in a quiet cul-de-sac. Please drive slowly.
*Crib available
*Please see details in House Rules if bringing an infant or small child.
*Pets (up to 2) are allowed with fee. Pets must be kenneled if left unattended. Pets should be kept off beds/furniture. Pet waste must be cleaned up and pets should be leashed outside of home. Please communicate in advance if you have a pet. Thanks!

I enjoy making my home a safe, relaxing place to stay for guests who are excited to visit Austin and the surrounding area! Our home is suitable for families, friends who want multiple private rooms, and is also great for work travelers. We have a large backyard that is great for kids, pets, family gatherings and relaxation.

The home is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in a walkable neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Easy access to major highways including 183, I-35 and Mopac. Easy to get to downtown Austin, Round rock and Cedar Park.
