Affordable Quiet Luxury Stay

Building seems a little sketchy but overall was quiet residents were welcoming & friendly. The apartment could’ve been cleaned a little better bathroom & kitchen wise, toilet had urine stains & some utensils were still dirty. But the good outweighs the bad, bed was comfortable so were the couches. All amenities worked and were as described. We enjoyed being at the pool , were able to do laundry before leaving. Would definitely stay again host was responsive & helpful, there was plenty of room for a family of 3!

Great Space!

The apartment was just as described. It was clean and well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Easy parking and a short commute to downtown activities. Tammy, the manager, was easy to communicate with and sent superb directions to the apartment and the security system. I would definitely stay again when in Gteenville!

Beautiful loft apartment

Judson Mill is a beautifully renovated textile mill that has mixed old charm (exposed brick walls and wood beams) and new design. The property is nicely appointed inside and out with designated spaces for individual work space, meetings, or large gatherings. There are eateries and venues in walking distance. The outdoor pool and lounge areas are spacious and clean. The unit is decorated nicely and has everything you need to prepare quick meals, coffee, etc. Downtown Greeneville is also close by with more shops and restaurants. The rental agent was extremely helpful and responded quickly whenever we needed. I would certainly rent this unit again.

Very nice apt space

Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Coffee tea appreciated. Very clean.... bedroom very nice bed. Bath clean and well supplied with towels AND soaps. Wish outside door closed quieter as we were next to it and heard it slam each time someone used it. Parking easy.

We loved the modern, urban esthetics of the apartment. It was very clean and easy to access the apartment building and apartment itself. We loved how close it was to everything downtown. I do wish the Keurig coffee maker would’ve worked, but that wasn’t a big deal! The only thing that was slightly challenging is when we ordered Ubers to pick us up, it wouldn’t allow us to select the loft apartments. It would select The Foundry, which is a completely different building & area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Great loft apartment

Space was very pleasant and accommodating for us. Had a slight issue with the key fob but the property manager was super responsive and fixed it quickly. Location was neat with a pizza joint & brewery essentially attached to the loft apartments. Would book again and recommend for a small family or couple
