We are from Colorado. We are new at this and just purchased our home in April of 2023! We hope to enjoy our home from time to time and also let good folks enjoy it as well. We feel we live in 2 beautiful states and feel very blessed. We want to earn your business and have you and your family come year after year!
Varför värden valde detta boende
Location, Location, Location. We wanted to be in the bubble that offers golf cart community, be close to the Toronto Blue jays stadium, Pinellas's trail and close to downtown, water and the Marina. Close by is the causeway and you can even walk to Clearwater!

It is a 1925 bungalow, but everything is brand new inside. The Primary bedroom, 5-piece bath and huge closet was added on the home to make it 3 bedroom and 2 bath. The backyard is fully fenced so your fur babies can vacation with you.
