A traditional seashore colonial with a Victorian flare with custom wood finishes and detail, shares the lot with a quaint 2 bedroom cottage. This front house is spacious and accommodating. Good living spaces, with a back family room, a parlor area with fireplace and gorgeous sun porch and a large rear deck with gas grill, furniture and also an outdoor shower available and many other nice touches ensure your family will have a relaxing Summer stay. Includes 4 badges to the beach! Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway. Keurig Coffee maker. No pets.
