This splendid, furnished condo at Greenlinks in Lely Resort is a two-bedroom with a fantastic lake fountain view. This conveniently located retreat provides excellent amenities with an on-site outdoor pool, tennis court, and gas grills. Also offered are rentals for a term as short as three days. The building has plenty of parking in front.

The building is conveniently located halfway between downtown Naples Florida and Marco Island, Florida, a fifteen-minute drive to either. It is only a short walk across a parking lot to the Lely Resort Golf and Country Club and Sam Snead’s Tavern. Which is open to the public and has two championship grade 18-hole courses (Mustang and Flamingo). Lowdermilk Park and Beach and South Beach on Marco Island are a 20-minute drive away. Within one mile of this unit are a Publix grocery, Starbucks, Texas Roadhouse, Millers Ale House, Outback, and lots of shopping.

This family-friendly home away from home offers a cozy, air-conditioned, open floor plan. The large living room and both bedrooms offer TVs with cable and high-speed WiFi. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a queen bed with an en suite bathroom. The living room offers a queen sofa bed. The home comfortably sleeps six people. The kitchen has all essentials, including two coffee makers (Keurig and drip). Attached to the kitchen is an office-like nook with a desk. The condo is on the first floor and has a covered screened porch with a table and chairs. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, two beach chairs, one umbrella, and beach towels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
