- Beautifully furnished condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 primary bedrooms have King size beds, Roku Smart TVs and the the 3rd bedroom/Den has 2 sets of bunk beds which is best suited for kids.
- Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances
- This is a second floor luxury unit with amazing West, North and East mountain views!
- Inviting living room with 10 ft ceilings and a cozy fireplace
- Spacious outdoor deck with a 6 person HOT TUB and grill
- The dining table and island seat 8 comfortably.
- High-speed internet access and cable TV
- In unit washer and dryer
- Guests also have access to the elevator and hallway ski locker.
- You will have access to community parking in the surface level lot.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! One mile to the South is downtown Winter Park, with it's countless shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, breweries and an outdoor amphitheater that hosts festivals and concerts in the summer months.
Just one block to the North is downtown Fraser featuring coffee shops, restaurants, ski and bike shops, breweries and a distillery. Right outside the front door is Vicious Cycle Brewery which offers a rotating list of amazing beers and a great place to hang with friends. With a walkway connecting the two towns, you will have easy access right from the front door of the condo!
The free LIFT Bus picks up just in front of the building so you never have to drive to Winter Park, Fraser or the Ski Resort! For those who need access a gym and pool, the Grand Park Recreation Center is 1 mile up the road. There is also no shortage of hiking and biking trails surrounding the condo! Visit the Winter Park Information Center for all the details and to plan your next activity.
The condo is in a new neighborhood with active construction activity. Also, as with most places in Winter Park and the Fraser Valley, you will be able to hear some train noise.
