Nestled in the heart of the San Juan Mountains, our 2,000 sq. ft., 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and seclusion. With a warm, inviting atmosphere and breathtaking surroundings, it’s the ideal retreat to relax and unwind.

Enjoy the peace and privacy of our setting while taking in stunning mountain views. Sip your morning coffee or watch the sun set over the town of Creede from the spacious second-story porch. After dark, experience the magic of Colorado’s night skies filled with countless stars.

Bed Configuration:
Primary Bedroom – King Bed (Main Second Level with Ensuite Bath)
Second Bedroom – Queen Bed (Third Level with Ensuite Bath)
Third Bedroom – Queen Bed (Lower Level – accessed through the garage)

The proximity to ATV trails makes it convenient for outdoor enthusiasts to explore the rugged terrain and enjoy thrilling adventures. Additionally, being close to high mountain creek fishing offers anglers endless fishing opportunities. For history buffs, the nearby historic mining sites provide insights into the region's rich mining heritage.

Although our home is secluded, it's conveniently located just 4 miles from downtown Creede, which offers a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, art galleries, eateries serving delicious local cuisine, and the World Renowned Creede Repertory Theater.

Consistent with most Colorado mountain homes, the home does not offer air-conditioning.

ATV/trailer parking is available for a twelve-foot trailer or smaller. To make the sharp turn into the driveway, you may have to turn around at the Windy Gulch Trailhead, a quarter mile past the driveway.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
