Nestled on 1.5 acres of wooded land near Deep Creek Lake, you'll find this rustic Sky Valley chalet. Located in the forested Sky Valley Community, enjoy having access to the Sky Valley community beach, located just a little over a mile away, as well as the swimming docks on Deep Creek Lake and hiking at several close state parks.
Constructed in a chalet style, this wooden A-frame's gingerbread detailing, modern finishes, and rustic camp-themed touches will welcome you after exciting outings. Right inside, you'll discover the sun-drenched living room adorned with a peaceful color palette, plush seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large TV. The well-equipped, full kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals. Partake in them together inside or make your way to the large wraparound deck, one of the home's focal points, and dine alfresco.
The cabin offers three different living spaces for your group to appreciate. Nestle into a good book, board game, or puzzle in the loft. Cozy up for a movie or gather for a competitive game of table tennis in the basement. Admire the open floor plan and vaulted A-frame of the main level when you gather in the living room and dining area.
Outside you can take in the fresh mountain air on the Adirondack chairs or gather around the firepit - under the stars.
Each bedroom has soft linens, homey fixtures, and central air-conditioning. Additionally, three of the bathrooms have been updated. You will also have access to more than 20 games and puzzles, a booster chair, a Pack 'n Play, and high-speed WiFi.
Summit Hill offers the serene retreat you crave along with a plethora of available outdoor activities, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or those simply looking for an escape to nature. The lake access is around a mile from the home.

Guests must obey Sky Valley Community rules at all times including quiet hours and strict 15 MPH speed limit on all Sky Valley Roads.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
