Welcome to the first floor of a multi-family house in Harrison—a peaceful base near NYC. Our 900 sqft unit features 10ft ceilings and two queen-sized beds with memory foam mattresses for optimal comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your home-cooked meals, and the shared backyard with BBQ facilities awaits your leisure time. A 10-minute walk to the PATH train places you 20 minutes from Manhattan's buzz. This home combines the best of accessibility and serenity for a memorable stay.

★ Guest access ★
You have private access to the entire 1st floor unit. Detailed check in info will be given 24 hours prior to check-in. You will be given a code to self-check in. Please respect check in 4pm and check-out out 10am.

★ Other details to note ★
- We are delighted to have you here and we hope you have a wonderful stay.

- We ask all adult guest to provide government-issued IDs upon check-in per Vrbo rules.

- Absolute NO parties are allowed.

- No smoking or pets inside the house, please take off shoes when entering the unit.

- Only registered Vrbo guest can be allow into the unit. Unauthorized guests will not be allow to stay.

- Please note that we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, internet service disruptions, variations in internet speed, difficulties in finding street parking, or incidents occurring outside of the apartment.

- Quiet hours 10pm-8am. There are long-term tenants on the 2nd floor, please be mindful of noise.

- Please note that our property is located next to an elementary school. During the lunch hours, typically around 11:30 am to 1 pm, you may experience some noise as the children come out to play. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when considering our space (school is closed during summer break from June to Sept).

**If any of the House rules above are broken we will report to Vrbo support right away, Vrbo reserves the right to cancel the reservation and you will be asked to leave the property without any refund.

★PARKING Info★

Unfortunately, our property does not have parking space, however we have partnered up with a nearby neighbor who can provide parking space upon request. The fee is $8/day. The parking space is 2 street blocks away. Please let us know if you want to reserve the space upon booking (can only fit sedan or similar size, the space will not fit big SUV car). There is also street parking available but sometime it can be hard to find one when you come back late at night, see info below.

Free street parking on weekday after 4pm to morning 8am (yellow line right next to the school)

If you would like to park all day, there is parking lot under the bridge (Entrance is right in front of Economy Supply store on 204 Harrison Ave)
- $4.35 for 10 hours 8am to 6pm, after 6pm free until next morning 8am.
- Free on weekend

In addition if the lot is full try 629 Central Ave.
-Park here weekday 6pm-8am only
-Free on weekend.

*The town is high high-density population area, meter street parking is available but please pay attention to the parking sign. Each house does not always have parking in front of the house therefore residents need to park on the street, when there is limited spot for resident parking there is going to be fewer spots available for travelers and out-of-town car to park.
