Splendid chalet located in a private and peaceful domain, in St-Irénée!
The almost entirely glazed façade offers a lovely panorama of the river and the mountains. You will enjoy the view from the entire ground floor.
Enjoy the nature of Charlevoix and take the time to relax in this comfortable chalet that will suit yours perfectly.
The Quintessence will be the ultimate in your vacation!
The chalet has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people.
The ground floor includes a large covered area that combines the living room, dining room and kitchen. The fireplace is the central point of the entire layout and it unites the rooms on both sides.
You will notice the large windows on the 4 sides of the chalet, which gives all the spaces on the ground floor an exceptional luminosity!
Access to the terrace is possible from the living room or the dining room. This will be the place par excellence to admire the sunrises, a coffee in hand.
The living room, meanwhile, will be the landmark of most guests, as it includes a huge sofa, a TV and this imposing fireplace that will certainly warm the atmosphere.
The dining room also allows beautiful gatherings, because it is open to the island and the kitchen where everyone will undoubtedly like to meet after a day filled with activities.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped to receive and cook meals worthy of a chef with its large counter and all its storage!
This floor has a bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The garden level includes the family room with sofa bed, two other bedrooms and a second full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
We also added an office area.
You can access the spa and the second terrace from this floor.
You will have access to the entire chalet and all the land.
You can easily contact us by e-mail or telephone for any questions or assistance you may need.
You will find a cookie store/convenience store, a few shops and restaurants in Saint-Irénée.
Also note the presence of organic farms open in season to offer you fresh products.
You will have to travel by car to reach most of the region's attractions and activities.
The beach of St-Irénée is a few minutes away. You will have to get there early, in season, in order to have a parking space on the street.
