The private cabin is fully accessible for guests and includes a hot tub. Free parking is available in the driveway.
There is a kitchen cabinet and a main-level closet that are not accessible to guests.
Guests are also welcome to use the community outdoor pool, pickleball, basketball, tennis, and other amenities.

Shagbark Resort is close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Located in a 24/7 guarded entrance community, the resort offers pickleball, basketball, tennis, corn hole, pavilion, disc golf and a pool (Memorial Day - Labor Day). There is also a walking trail, a small playground, and a creek to check out.
Please have your driver's license and car pass (provided once booked) ready to check in at the guard gate.
This cabin is in the Smoky Mountains and the roads are paved except for a small gravel portion on the top. As there are a few very steep areas of the road, please use caution and avoid motorcycles and trailers. We encourage guests to arrive before dark. The roads are maintained in winter by the resort, however, there can be snow/ice, therefore, 4x4 vehicles are highly recommended in the winter months.
Cabin parking spaces include 2 large vehicles OR 3 smaller/medium vehicles. Your booking includes car passes for 2 vehicles. If a 3rd car pass is needed, there is a small fee.

Easy check-in and check-out. Our outstanding cleaners take care of everything so you can skip the pre-departure cleanup and make the most of your cabin stay—no washing towels or stripping beds. We kindly ask you to run the dishwasher.
The cabin is thoroughly cleaned, including the hot tub, which is fully drained and disinfected for you.
There are 4 twin beds in the 2nd level bunk room. If you choose to use both twin trundle beds, you may need to slide/wheel one to the end of the bed.
While we warmly welcome young families, please note that this cabin is not childproof. Given its mountainous setting with high decks, hot tub, stairs and a fire table, supervision of children is essential at all times.
