The View!

It all about the view in well maintained top floor, ocean front condo! We enjoyed walking, reading and whale watching everyday! The condo is older and has been nicely upgraded with lots of amenities. It could use a good deep cleaning but overall it was a great week.

Amelia South

The unit is very centrally located to restaurants and shopping. It has a beautiful view of the beach and only takes minutes to reach the sand. Inside the unit, we had everything we needed.

Perfect beach rental

We rented in June and had a perfect stay. The furniture looked brand new and the condo was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had quality cookware and baking dishes. The condo was equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The deck furniture was in good repair and quite comfortable. We have stayed in a number of beach condos over the years, but this was the best experience we have enjoyed. Vacasa contacted by text to inform us our rental was ready early. Keyless entry to the unit made it easy for the 4 of us adults to come and go without worry of lost keys. The beach was just a short distance down the boardwalk. The pool was well maintained and had lounge chairs available to use. We will definitely be renting E7 again.

Great beach condo, must correct checkin/front door entry

Condo was great - clean, well stocked, perfect beach views and easy beach access. The front door code didn't work when we arrived and we lost an hour as we stood outside with all our stuff getting rained on trying to get it to work. VRBO ended us having to give us front door key via lock box vs entry code. The entire trip we had to use key and it also was problematic as door lock was broken. And at checkout, we had to call VRBO again to coordinate how to lock up without key box info and working door code. Brought too much hassle for us to stay again.

Overall just a superb condo

Previsously, we have shied away from the two high-rises on South Flechter Avenue for our winter rentals. We were WRONG. This condo is superb - one of our very favorites ever (out of over 40 in the US and Europe). Extremely clean, well furnished and equipped, terrifc bathrooms, excellent comfortable beds, very well stocked with all the basics. It is on the 7th TOP floor so no one is over you. It is quiet, with wonderful ocean views and surf sounds from the living room and master bedroom. The condo looks to have been refurbished recently, expensively, and lovingly for their own family - lots of attention to detail. In unit washer/dryer a must for us and it's there. Plentiful hot water. Other residents are friendly and thoughtful. All-in-all, we'd be very happy to be accepted back.
