Peachtree City has over one hundred miles of golf cart trails so you can skip the car and take the golf cart, that's included, with this home. Cart to dinner, dancing, golf, bowling, gym, tennis, fishing, or any of the other many recreational activities nearby. Come home after a fun day out on the trail, and snuggle up by the fire or enjoy the view from the garden room. When you're ready to call it a night, you can look forward to a comfy bed with crisp white percale sheets and fluffy bedding. The owners are residents of Huntington Beach, California who love the beach, the river, and time spent in the south. They have three children and nine grandchildren, who all love to visit and enjoy all three of their homes. You can find their three homes listed as; The Tiki House in HB (Huntington Beach, California), The Sunshine House in Parker (Parker, Arizona), and Southern Charm in Georgia (Peachtree City, Georgia). All three homes are exceptionally kept, fully equipped, and ready to enjoy.
