Upstairs, our 5 colorful bedrooms provide top-quality memory foam mattresses and fresh linens for a restful night’s sleep. Our guests have often said that they slept like a baby from the first night. Upstair, the master blue bedroom includes 1 King bed, 2 twin trundles, and a private ensuite bathroom. The orange and yellow bedrooms each have 1 King bed, while the pink bedroom features 2 Queen trundles. And downstair the last one - Green bedroom has a Full bed. All bedrooms have a smart TV. The game room downstairs offers a pull-out sofa bed and additional air mattresses.

Furthermore, we have prepared a starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, some snacks, Keurig pods, coffee mate creamer, sugar packets, and more. It's important to note that these starter supplies are not unlimited, so please plan accordingly and be prepared to make a trip to the store for additional food and supplies as needed. Additionally, we provide body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioner to enhance your stay and ensure your comfort.

HOUSE RULES:
★ Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM
Unauthorized late check-out: $50 per 30 minutes. Early check-in/late check-out may be accommodated if available.

★ No Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate cancellation (no refund) and a $1,500 fine.

★ No Fireworks, Candles, or Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. Weed and similar substances are also banned outside. Violation results in a $1,500 fine + $500 deep cleaning fee + possible furniture replacement.

★ No Firearms or Illegal Drugs.

★ Pet Rules
- All pets must be pre-approved before booking. Kindly inform us about the breed, size, and number of pets you're bringing.
- Pets must be friendly, well-behaved.
- Pets must never be left unattended inside the house.
- Pets must be leashed when outside and unfenced areas.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds & in the pool or spa.
- Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning fees caused by pets.
- The property has a natural outdoor space, and while we do our best to maintain a safe environment, we are not responsible for anything your pet may eat, chew, or come into contact with in the yard. Please supervise your pet at all times.
- $150 pet fee per pet, paid at booking

★ Remove shoes upon entering. Indoor sandals provided.

★ Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.

★ Parking: Driveway fits up to 4 cars. Additional parking available around the corner lot. Garage is inaccessible for parking.

★ Child Supervision: Please ensure that children are supervised at all times, as the property is not childproofed.

★ Pool Rules
- $25 per day for heated pool (max 90°F). Must request at least 24 hours in advance.
- Tampering with pool equipment will result in a $400 technician fee + $1,500 fine.
- No diving, running, or glass containers in the pool area.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- No wet swimsuits/towels on indoor furniture.
- No pets in the pool

★ Do not cover or tamper with the cameras, we have outdoor cameras only, for insurance & liability purposes

★ Weekly Maintenance Service: To keep our home in top condition, we have Weekly pool service, lawn care, and pest control (usually in the morning). While we strive to keep the pool clean, debris and leaves may fall into it due to its outdoor location. Please understand that this is not subject to any refund. Pool skimmer is provided for guest use.

★ Florida Insects & Climate: Florida's climate attracts bugs. Keep all windows & doors closed to prevent entry. We provide monthly pest control, but occasional insects may still appear. No refund for this reason

★ Only guests listed on the reservation may stay. Unregistered guests will incur a $100 per night, per person charge

★ No changes to reservations within 14 days of check-in. Cancellation policy applies as per Vrbo's terms. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen issues (e.g., weather, illness).

★ Owner’s Shed in the garage is Locked for private use with an alarm. Unauthorized access incurs a charge equal to three times the item cost.

★ Bike provided at your own risk. Use helmets, follow traffic laws &lock bikes when not in use. Hosts are not liable for injuries, guests are responsible if the bike is stolen.

★ LIABILITY WAIVER:
- The hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness or lost/stolen items during your stay & after check out.
- By accepting this reservation, all guests acknowledge & assume the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises.
