Great location but needs an update

You can't beat the location. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops in Kihei and right across the street from the beach. Lots of beach equipment in the unit (e.g., chairs, mats, body board, etc.) The unit itself could use an update. A few examples: the mattress was not comfortable and you can feel the springs, couch/furniture were stained, the washer and dryer were old, the coffee maker and dish rack were really dirty and had mildew in/on it, tv didn't work for us the whole time, kitchen mat/bath mat/area rug were really dirty, carpets in the bedroom were matted. We didn't spend a ton of time in the unit so it was fine but definitely expected more.
