The property was immaculately clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location is great on the edge of town, but handy for shops eating places etc.The garden is lovely with the waterway at the bottom and all the wildlife this attracts.

Everything was fantastic! The whole unit had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils, toiletries, games, entertainment, and outdoor toys! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Loved our stay!

We had a great stay ! Property has everything you need with kayaks as well . The bench outside on the water was a great place to just chill in the evenings . Vicki was very pro-active and the little extras in the house (like eco friendly shampoos and extra ice in the freezer ) really made a good stay a great stay . Would highly recommend to anyone . We had an amazing stay here! The property was ready on time and very clean! Our check in was seamless and the host sent helpful info ahead. We loved using the kayaks and fishing from the dock! Such a cute space and had just what we needed!

The property was very clean and organized. My son enjoyed fishing from the yard. Close to Three Sisters and Hunter Springs. The kayaks, fishing rods and bikes were a great bonus. I also enjoyed the record player and basic assortment of spices. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at a lovely property. Huge benefit to being right on the water and the extras of kayaks, canoes etc. very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood but lots of dining options within a 15 minute drive. Thank you!

Really nice location - good outside area for enjoying the weather. Very clean home. Host was so responsive - upon check-in we lacked a toaster and one was delivered within 24 hours.

Our stay was fantastic! The rental was stocked with everything we needed while we were there. The backyard is so peaceful and felt like a real retreat. The house is close to everything and the host had lots of recommendations for us. We booked the manatee swim through Explorida and highly recommend it as well. Thank you and Merry Christmas!!

Great little place

This place made our week. There was so much to do within 30 minutes drive. Grocery was close. The canal was fun to kayak in. Will def stay again next year

Would stay again

We had just about everything we needed for a short girls trip. The kayaks were frequently used and we were able to kayak over to the Waterfront Social. The bedding was very comfortable as were the towels.

Great Stay, Location, and Property

The house is as advertised. It’s great not having any neighbors across the canal, which is rare for the area and gives you more privacy. The property is very clean, well stocked, and the owner is very responsive. Having access to the kayak and bikes was great. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Nice and easy weekday getaway

My friends and I stayed a couple days and we enjoyed the space. We kayaked to the springs (about a 30 minute journey), grilled, and came back to a quiet and clean home. Nicely decorated and accommodating. We had everything we needed to cook some tasty meals, and our host was easy to reach.

Crystal River Scalloping Weekend

The property feels brand new! It's clean, well furnished, well appointed, and in a fantastic location. We spent a day kayaking to 3-Sister's Spring (from the backyard of the proprety) and a day scalloping. I highly reccommend this property!

Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We spent two nights during a weeklong Florida spring break trip (2 adults and a 12 yr old) - the house setup was perfect and very clean. Comfy beds. Loved the backyard and availability of kayaks! Was centrally located with easy access to water, restaurants, tour groups, etc. There are multiple rentals each opening up to the water but still lots of privacy. We would love to come back and spend extended time here!
