Oceanview year round winterized cottage/apartment is very clean and on the second floor of the carriage house in Stanhope. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Two outdoor decks to enjoy a nice BBQ & See the ocean! Also outside shower. Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. Minutes to golf course, fresh seafood at Richards, ,deep sea fishing, fine dining at Dalvay By The Sea, The Dunes Gallery, biking trails and more. Only 20 minutes from Charlottetown. The space below the cottage is storage for owners. We respect privacy and quiet time for guests to enjoy the cottage.( PEI Tourism License #2203162)

Lovely cottage

We loved our visit to PEI, and it was much improved by having a lovely little cottage to return to after our adventures. The property overlooks the beach with a nice back deck, and inside the cozy living space and kitchen kept us comfortable during our stay. I would recommend Kathy and her cottage to anyone looking to visit. We were so glad to spend a beautiful fall week on the island while enjoying the view and nice walk down to the beach.

September Stay

The cottage is on a quaint property nestled within beautiful Stanhope with an ocean view and short walk to the beach. Minutes drive to the local golf course. We can’t wait for our next stay, thanks so much to the great property hosts for the pleasant hospitality.

Exceeded expectations

The location was perfect for a day on the beach or exploring Charlottetown and Cavendish. Even in the rain there was plenty to do. The cottage was immaculate and well equipped with a nice view of the water. We had a relaxing visit and would definitely return. A special thanks to Kathy for giving us some insider tips for places to eat.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay on PEI. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. I think it’s helpful to know when there are steps and the unit is on the second floor. The host made this very clear in the photos! Nice view of the water.
