Betsy's By the Bays is located on the exclusive Key Allegro Island here in Rockport.  This beautiful has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) and bathrooms upstairs and an additional (1) one bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen and dining room downstairs.  With plenty of room to accommodate up to 11 friends and family!   Enjoy dropping a line day or night off the 40-foot dock with an underwater light for an enhanced fishing experience.  Also, it is the perfect location to watch the yearly July 4th fireworks! 

Upon entering the home upstairs, you are greeted with the ever-popular Rockport Coastal decor throughout the home.  Plenty of seating in the living area offering a spacious open concept living, dining room.  Seating for (6) at the dining table.  The galley style kitchen has more than enough counter and cabinet space for all your vacation necessities.  It is also fully furnished with all kitchenware and appliances to make your stay even more relaxing.  

The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed. The master bathroom has a double vanity and a large counter with more than enough space for both.  There is also a large walk-in shower.  The two guest bedrooms upstairs both have a queen bed and have a connected jack and jill style bathroom with a shower/tub combo.   All bedrooms upstairs have a closet and dresser available to keep all your vacation attire put away in during your stay.  

The downstairs is accessible through a separate entrance outside and has a full kitchen, dining and living room area as well as the laundry room.  The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower.  The fourth bedroom also has a queen-size bed.  There is also a sofa bed in the downstairs living room for additional guests.

Just a few minutes from the downtown Rockport and Fulton areas, Key Allegro offers easy access for golf carts and is close to many local restaurants and other entertainment.  This is the absolute perfect spot to watch the July 4th and Christmas fireworks every year.  

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
