Looking for a quiet weekend with nature or some outdoor fun in the beauty of the Southern Tier? You found it. Deer Creek Acres and the surrounding area hold an abundance of rural charm, scenic beauty, recreation, and serenity. Enjoy a cozy, private, fully-equipped cabin with plenty of room to roam. You are just minutes from thousands of acres of state forest, a ski resort, and Letchworth and Stonybrook State Parks. The cabin has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, outdoor grill, firepit, trails, and a wildlife pond. There is a fantastic coffee and soup shop 2miles down the road and several great dining options within 20 minutes drive including the Glen Iris Inn at Letchworth. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to offer visitors another great place to stay in the Southern Tier!

Cute, clean and comfortable

Great communication from the owner and there was a nice little bin of snacks with the coffee and hot chocolate which was a really nice touch. Overall this house was perfect for our girls weekend to do some hiking at Letchworth State Park and spend a day at some breweries and a winery.

Clean, Peaceful Getaway with Nature

We absolutely LOVED our stay and can't wait to plan another trip here! The house was cozy, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pond and nature trails on-site offered views and exploration. We saw many birds and different animals without leaving. The closet nature trails (Rattlesnake Hill Wildlife and Stoneybrooke State Park) were fun for our whole family. The host was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had.

Remote and Beautiful

It's a BIG property, with a pond, trails, woods and LOTS of variety of birds. If you are a birder, stay here! Also, it's about 30 minutes to Letchworth S.P. Don't miss that. We ate in and grilled each night.

Family getaway

Our stay was amazing. I enjoyed waking up wvery morning and seein gdeer in the fron yard. I got to see a fox the last night atayed. My family all hhad a wonderful time . I hope to cone bqck in the spring. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Great Get-away Cabin

Just as pictured; cozy on cool drizzly days with a fire in the fireplace. Plenty of dry wood to burn. Fall foliage was beautiful even in the mist; sun did shine intermittently. Enjoyed Genesee State Park and lunch in the Glen Iris Inn. Highly recommend if you don’t need lots of activity.

Reunion

Great place for a group of school friends to get together. Beautiful landscaping and great location. Interior lighting a bit dim, but moved lamps around and got by fine. Overall exactly as advertised.

Loved the property and area

My wife and I spent 4 wonderful days. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the grounds and hiked 2 days at nearby state parks. The house had everything we needed including firewood for our nightly campfire and star gazing. Sheila was very responsive and provided us with all the info we needed prior to our arrival.

Family Time

Im from East Texas and i wanted to come see my son. My son and his fiancee just had a baby, my first grandbaby. I wanted a place big enough for all of us stay at. When i found this cabin it was perfect in every way. I have complaints at all. My family are definitely planning on coming back. Debbie

Awesome house and location

We loved our stay at Deer Creek Acres. The house was immaculate. Very clean, cozy, and secluded. The kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed. In addition to Letchworth State Park, we also highly recommend visiting Stoneybrook State Park. The sights are spectacular. Deer Creek Acres is truly a gem. We liked it so much, we asked the host if we could stay an additional night and she graciously obliged. One small thing - the water is hard with lots of iron and a slight sulphur smell. We opted to bring our own water. That said, it would not preclude us from staying here again. We loved it!

Great Communication + Responsive Host = Wonderful Stay!

Delightful rural setting that is close to a ton of activities. We were there for a wedding at Letchworth State Park, and the experience was wonderful. Our VERY late arrival and our inability to unlock the door meant we had to contact the owner. They are super responsive and wonderful to work with. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Beautiful retreat

Peaceful and Beautiful

This property was everything I hoped for and more! A friend and I were looking for a quiet fall weekend away from the hustle and bustle of work and the chaos of our daily lives. This cabin is spotless and beautifully decorated and way off the beaten path. Stunning scenery all around. I will be returning to this property in the future! Absolutely stunning!

I am outdoors every chance I get and I it brings me joy to provide others the opportunity to visit and explore the wonders of this area.

This is one of the best areas in the Southern Tier and western Finger Lakes for the enjoyment of rural life and outdoor recreation including hiking, biking, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, photography, bird watching and more.
