Everything & More

Mark is a wonderful host. We stayed over Thanksgiving with our whole family. The house is well stocked for all our cooking needs, tons of games, and comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time. It is quiet but not too far from town. This is by far the best place we have stayed in pigeon forge.

Nice private location

We rented this to spend time together as a family. It was everything that we expected it to be. The property had a lot of games for children/teens to stay occupied. The yard was nice and very large. The pasture animals close by were neat to watch too. Check in/out was an easy process.

Family Getaway

We had an absolute wonderful stay at this hidden gem. Thoroughly enjoyed everything, including the wildlife. Great location also. Would love to stay here again!

Close while feeling a world away

The property was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. It made you feel like you were in your own little slice of heaven but still close enough to town to run in for whatever you’d like. The house was beautifully adorned and we loved the Christmas decorations!! The hot tub worked great and was in such a great spot with only the horses and mules for neighbors. Thank you for a great stay!

Family Thanksgiving

We all enjoyed our stay here! The weather was rainy the first day so we got good use of the hot tub and games. There was a burn ban so we couldnt use the fire pit unfortunately. The rental was comfy and spaced very well. We had all we needed to cook a full thanksgiving dinner too. When we had to contact the owner, they were very quick to repsond.

Wonderful property

House is beautiful and has so much for the kids to do. Clean and plenty of room. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Close enough to town but very private. I was worried pictures wouldn’t fit the real thing but they do. All the video games worked so we were able to play them a lot. We will definitely stay again

Beautiful area

Wonderful property and house. Plenty of room and we all loved the pool table and video games available. I hadn't played Ms. Pacman in a long time. My only complaints would be there were no pot holders and only two dish towels. Also, the recliners were not functioning and we had an older person that needed the reclining not just a foot stool. Overall, wonderful stay!!

Excellent Property with Privacy

This property sits off of the road an acre or two. There are no other houses on the property, and the entire back area is a picturesque scene that includes live horses, mules and donkeys (not on the property, but behind it in a fenced area. These do not belong to the property!). The place was clean, spacious and relaxing. So many rentals in the area are cookie-cutter “cabins” that sit right on top of each other, which feels more suburban than anything else. This feels like a little farm house on top of a hill that just instantly makes you feel relaxed. Truly enjoyed the stay, and look forward to staying there again in the future!

Relax and enjoy!

The property has all we could want for families meeting up for the holiday. Decorated for Christmas with great views of the surrounding area to enjoy while sitting on one of the porches in a sturdy rocking chair or relaxing in the hot tub- this house was a perfect location convenient to activities but off the beaten path to avoid the huge crowds in the towns it sits between. Board games, arcade games, pool table and televisions in every room for gaming seal the deal. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Secluded Adventure

Property was all that we hoped for. The house is on acreage with a view and plenty of room to roam, sit on the porch, or soak in the hot tub. We were close enough to both Sevierville and Pigeon Forge to go in and out during a day, but we chose to do one excursion per day as a family, then come back to rest and visit while kids played games. Then we could cook or run into town for dinner. The towns were SO busy that we chose to grill the first night, and use extra meat to make other dishes the next two nights. Really a wonderful stay!

Excellent stay!

The place was beautiful, enjoyed using the hot tub after long day of hiking, had some campfires enjoying the full moon, my grandson loved playing the video games. Would definitely recommend this property to others....and seeing the horses and donkeys was a big plus!

The Lazy Bear Ranch

My family of six enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Lazy Bear Ranch. The house is very nice and came with everything we needed. About 5 miles from Walmart & close driving distance to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Beds were comfortable & we enjoyed the beautiful views & peaceful setting. The donkeys & horses were a nice added experience. The only negative was the water was brown. Not a big deal we just bought bottled water. We would definitely recommend this house to others. ~Linda. FAMILY VACAY

The property was wonderful. It was close enough to all the attractions yet far enough away to allow us to enjoy some peace and quiet. We did have to wait to get into the property because the cleaning crew was still cleaning after the specified 4:00 check in time. But we were understanding and just hung out in the front yard and pushed my grandson on the swing. We had no issues with the WIFI or TV and we even had some rainy/cloudy conditions. We recommend and would stay there again if we are in the area.

Great space

The home was perfect. Location was great and close to everything but still felt like you were out in nature away from the noise. Beautiful mountain views and plenty of outdoor space to relax and let the kids play.
