A perfect place to relax with whole family accommodations. This home features a 3 bed 2 ½ baths that sleeps 8 very comfortably. Nestled in the heart of Middle Tennessee, entertainment is not far away. Rock Island state park (17mi), Cumberland Caverns (11mi), Fall Creek Falls state park (39mi), ISHA (20mi), Savage Gulf (26mi). Kayaking the Baren Fork River is also very popular. Local stores and restaurants are in close proximity.

On arrival you will notice the wrap around porch with rocking chairs just waiting to host you with a sweet tea or a nap. Inside features a fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom and bath are located on the main floor, as well as bathroom 2(full bath). Smart tv’s in each bedroom are equipped with all the latest apps (be sure to have your own login). Home is equipped with 1 gig of internet so streaming or online work will be no issue. Feel free to utilize the gas fireplace for those cozy nights. Propane grill is accessible on side porch. Washer and dryer is onsite as well. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.

Great experience

We are a big family in town for a wedding so we actually used the big house and the smaller one behind it. Location was perfect. House was very nice and clean. Would definitely book it again.

Summer Vacation

Outstanding stay

I was there for a work trip and stayed several days with a co-worker and we had an amazing time. The home is on a beautiful property where I was able to take great photos and even saw a deer every morning! It is immaculate and true to the description. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome getaway!

We stayed here for the weekend for a wedding. The location is very easy to find and very peaceful. Due to all the plans we had with the wedding I regret not getting to spend more time there. The property is very clean and spacious. My favorite thing about this is the front porch and the rocking chairs.

Family reunion stay

Sisters Get-Away

This house was exactly what we needed. Each sister had a bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and cozy blankets. We took long walks each night down the dark road. So cool and quiet. Watched movies on the TV in the living room. Didn't play any games, that'll be on the to-do list for next time! Very clean, cold air vents and big shower needed to be cleaned. Nice location, just far enough off the city area.

Great communication and such a cozy house! Courtney even went out of her way to ask if we would like a tree put up with it being Thanksgiving and it was just a great touch for the holidays!

Very nice!

House was very modern and clean. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My only complaint is upstairs wouldn’t cool much. There needs to be a separate unit for upstairs. Also, there was only a half bath upstairs so had to come downstairs for showers. Master bedroom and bath were very large and bathroom is beautiful. Huge shower! Other than that it was a nice peaceful wooded area but still close to restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again, just not in the summer months.

Basket Weaving Course Summer Retreat

The property was clean and neat as promoted and expected. We were a party of 3: a retired adult couple and a retired adult friend attending a week long basket weaving course outside of McMinnville. The electronic entry code was forwarded to us the day of arrival and after a couple of attempts worked fine. We did have an entry issue one evening, as the keypad entry may have had a weak battery and wasn't accepting input. Issue was quickly addressed and resolved with a call to Courtney, the owner. We did use one of our Ott lights in the kitchen area for meal prep for extra lighting as we returned later in the evening. The facility had an external grill which worked great for burgers and sweet corn one evening. Fridge was ready with ice, stove with oven, and microwave worked well. Washing machine and dryer were used during the weeklong stay and worked great. The AC kept up well with the summer heat and humidity. It took a little searching to use the cable tv controls, but we managed to locate channels and various apps. Instructions for garbage, and checkout were clearly posted. Pots, pans, and kitchen utensils were provided as well as plates, cups, & glasses. We did not locate a toaster but used the broiler to toast english muffins for breakfast. Overall it was a great stay and accommodated our small group well. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet and Cozy

My family loved it here! It was beautiful, quiet, clean, and very cozy. We liked that every bedroom had its own Smart TV and LOVED the front porch swing. Only downside is we couldn’t stay longer ☺️

Great Spot for a Getaway!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in McMinnville. The home was freshly updated, nicely furnished and well equipped for a short or long term stay. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with lots of outdoor areas to relax and wind down. Will definitely keep this spot in mind for future visits!
