This house is comfortable. However, the listing said the home has "air conditioning." Well, the two bedrooms do. However, the living room, kitchen, and dining room do not. Luckily it was not terribly hot, however, the window in the living room which offers cross breeze has no screen, it is torn out. This is unacceptable for a home in this price range. Otherwise, this is a good rental, very well located.

Beautiful home, wonderfully maintained. WiFi access was great and relatively easy to get to town by either driving or taking an Uber. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Nice Stay in Rockport

Having stayed at The Ledge on Green before it was nice to return for another visit due to a work trip taking me to The North of Boston. Overall I once again enjoyed staying at the house as it is a short drive to lovely shops, sights, and restaurants in downtown Rockport. Having stayed at the house before I have in the past provided feedback to the rental agency responsible for the house about what was and was not satisfactory and I appreciated that my feedback was taken into account.

Nice but a Few Glitches

The property was very nice but there were a few glitches. The AC in the primary bedroom wasn't functioning when we arrived. We were able to determine that the outlet it was plugged into was dead. It was the hottest week of the year and we felt the Mgt company should have checked on this before we arrived. The grill was brand new but three of four of us were unable to get it to generate a strong flame. We called the Mgt Company and they first said there was something wrong with it and it would be replaced but later said it was fine. We never tried it again so we can't confirm if it was in fact OK and we were somehow operating it incorrectly. THe three of us are regular users of gas grills so we are skeptical that we all were unable to operate the grill/ The kitchen door was deadbolted with no key. Not a huge issue except we needed to keep the sliding doors closed becasue of extremem heat coming from sunroom. A key was provided. Some windows were missing screens or had torn screens or screens that we off track in the sunroom. The lawn had not been mowed for some time. THe outdoor dining table was in the middle of the yard and the grass was higher than ankle height. Given the prevalence of mosquitos and ticks we could not use the patio table as a result. THe Mgt Company and Mtc Team were very responsive but for a brand new pricey rental thse items were low hanging fruit that should have been attended to before we checked in. THe house overall is very charmng!
