The townhouse with private entrance is located less than 10 miles from Route 1 in Rehoboth Beach, making it 12 miles from any local beach (Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey) and tax-free Outlet shopping. It is located in a safe neighborhood in Long Neck, DE with a clubhouse containing a gym and pool. This is a perfect location with little to no beach traffic with less than 2 miles from a resort area with many restaurants, gas station, coffee shops, grocery stores, and golf course.

I have been living near the Delaware Beaches since 2010. Although it may be my favorite place in the world, I'm constantly traveling and discovering new ones! I work as a mental health counselor, and am very passionate about mental well-being, which is why I love the beach! It brings so much peace to the heart and mind. As a guest you probably won't see me because I'll be outside exploring 100% of the time, but I'm just a text away! Feel free to contact me with any questions!

Downstairs has a kitchen table, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. There is a downstairs 1/2 bathroom as well. The main bedroom has a full bathroom and walk-in closet, windows face the backyard and pond. Laundry room has washer and dryer. The upstairs loft oversees the living room and backyard. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with two twin beds, and one with a queen bed. Full bathroom with bathtub as well. Relax and enjoy Netflix in the living room as you sit near the fireplace. Want a more fun time at night? Enjoy Paradise Island which is a Restaurant/Bar on the Bay less than 3 miles with food and entertainment during the summer season, it also welcomes children. Boat ramps and fishing piers are in the general area as well. Baywood Greens is a beautiful golf course located across the street. They also have a clubhouse (open to the public), where you can have sophisticated meals with fresh ingredients.
