Sedona! Near Slide Rock, Good Vibes. A place to catch your breath.

This modern cottage is your oasis from the hustle and bustle. Please note there is only one parking spot. You may bring well trained small to medium sized dogs.

This space features a bedroom and full bath with a queen daybed in the living room and a twin futon. Making this space great for a family or 2 to 4 friends traveling together.

There is an incredible restaurant across the road with a perfect latte or lunch a few minute walk gets you there this is my favorite aspect because it makes cooking and groceries optional.

We are excited to host all of you happy people or you folks who need a boost!

The space:
This home is soo special. It’s a dream cabin in a sweet neighborhood that sits on the creek. This is private access for homes that back the creek to access the creek you will need to head out to the public access. A short walk, about 8 mins, is the General Store which has world class food and coffee. A 15 minute drive into town for shopping and more dining. Everything is brand new and the home was just finished March 2020.

Guest access:
There is a fire-pit out back with a table a chairs to enjoy the calm. (some times it is no burn)

There is direct creek access if you go down to the bridge from The Grace Space but the the homes that sit on the creek own their access. Guests can drive a few minutes up the road to slide rock to go for a dip or there is a bridge that you drive over to get to the house and from there you are allowed to enter the creek, it’s a little steep so enter carefully.

Other things to note:
We have a regular coffee maker and Keurig. Please bring ground coffee. There is also a one cup coffee pour over coffee maker. You will need to bring coffee filters for this. (I have some but in case they run out) For making tea we have an electric water kettle and tea pot.

Is good and you can stream.

We stayed for 5 nights. with a lot of traveling, I can honestly say this was the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was new and had every appliance you need. All clean and high quality. Walk in shower was really nice. beds were super comfortable. front porch has a great view and super comfortable furniture. every window is an awesome view. Very nice neighbors all around welcomed us and had great conversation. I would highly recommend this property for any couple for quiet, Quality, Cleanliness, and friendly neighborhood

Everything about this stay was perfect—the home was adorable and had every accommodation we needed. But what truly stood out was the hostess, Meagan. We had to cancel at the very last minute due to the unexpected passing of my mother-in-law. Despite having no obligation to do so, Meagan was incredibly kind and accommodating in helping us reschedule. She even gifted us an additional night. I was moved to tears by her generosity.It’s people like Meagan—who don’t know us personally yet extend such kindness—that restore my faith in humanity.

Great Stay

Our time in Sedona was great and unit felt cozy but there were several things in the unit that could be fixed. Other than that, it was nice stay for my husband and I.

Terrific Spot to Base Out of

This is a terrific small cottage well suited for a couple or small family. It’s well appointed and equipped for stay in cooking. We opted to base out of and dine all over Sedona pre and post hiking. Its accessibility to cool trails locally and sites north to include Flagstaff Walnut Canyon, the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce all worked for us using this cabin with some additional lodging in between Bryce and Zion. Great time. No troubles. Great value.

Perfect Location

Cabin is perfect for couples/small family. Location is great right on the oak creek river. Pictures on vrbo are a perfect representation of it. Very clean, and has everything you need to eat in. Will be returning for sure.

4 days in Sedona

Great cabin, everything we needed, quiet neighborhood but close to everything. I saw someone complain about the heat/ventilation. We left the doors open and everything was fine.. we would definitely stay here again.

This property was nothing short of magnificent! From the effortless check-in to our blissful retreat, every aspect of our stay was a testament to hospitality at its finest. The host’s communication was nothing less than exemplary—when Mother Nature conspired against us, they orchestrated our arrival with the precision of a seasoned navigator. As for the cabin, it was a masterpiece of modern elegance fused with the irresistible allure of rustic coziness—a veritable sanctuary where sophistication met snug delight. All Star Break 2023

The cabin was the perfect place for us. I am one adult and I was with four 13 year old kiddos and we had a blast, exploring the creek. we went to slide rock and then went just down River of Manzanita campground. We had an awesome time, and our accommodations were perfect.

Creekside Cozy

This place was great! We were looking for a peaceful getaway and that is exactly what this place provided. It is in a quiet gated community right alongside the Oak Creek river and just a few minutes from downtown Sedona. The home itself offered everything you could need from a coffee maker, to laundry machines, and DVDs to curl up on the couch and watch a classic. The host was great and gave clear instructions and was prompt in response with any questions we had. 10/10 I will be recommending to friends and family looking to stay in the area.

NO WORKING AC, I asked prior to booking home and was advised there was 2 AC units. I arrived at home and turned on the AC, we had to leave because it was beyond hot. When we came back 2 hours after I called to clarify if I turned AC on correctly and left again due to it not being safe to stay in home like that. I called owner 3 times, texted, message via VRBO app and received no information. Once I stated I have to leave I will not be staying there I receive a short reply not fixing the issue but advising the AC had just been looked at. So owner was aware AC DID NOT WORK PROPERLY but still rented property. I have attempted to contact owner for a refund since I did not use home besides to leave luggage and attempt to cool down home which did not work.

10/10 Excellent These 2 Michiganders will be back!

We enjoyed our stay immensely at this well-appointed, clean, beautifully updated quaint cabin retreat. The area is a bit tricky to find because it’s nestled in the woods & mountains across Oak Creek (beautifully shaded & peaceful) Meagan responded to us promptly & stayed on the phone with us until we found her cabin. We are avid hikers and appreciated that her place was a very short drive into Sedona for shopping, restaurants, & especially all the Amazing trails Sedona has to offer. We appreciated the beauty of the neighborhood. The close neighbors were never an issue. We sat outside on her front covered porch in the very comfortable chairs every day & evening after hiking. The grill worked well and we enjoyed cooking @ cabin with its well stocked kitchen. My wife was happy to see that there was a hair dryer and curling iron (maybe these items could be listed under Bathroom amenities to help guests pack a little lighter) Minimal spiders/bugs upon arrival. Meagan followed through with having a pest control technician come to cabin. She had new Casper pillows delivered while we there, as well as some new additional bedroom comforts. She was quick to respond to our minimal questions. Thank you for making us feel @ home. Had an Amazing 24th Wedding Anniversary trip! J&J

Host non responsive

This was my second Vrbo experience. Unfortunately the host was non-responsive. My reservation was for a 2 night stay. Four days prior I reached out to the host asking if an earlier check in was available. No response. The host did not provide the check in details for my arrival at 4:00 pm (listing check in time) I had contacted the host through the reservation app, called three times and left voicemail messages, texted and then contacted Vrbo customer support. They also could not be in touch with the host. While on the phone with Vrbo to make alternate reservations I finally received the gate code and property access details. Note, this was an hour and half after the listed 4 pm check-in. After my stay, I requested a partial refund and the host declined. Also note there is no access to the creek from the property community.

Quiet neighborhood with all the amenities to sleep, eat and relax. Bumpy road to get to it through a a residential area. Not as private as I thought it would be by the pictures on Vrbo. Did see a javelina crossing the driveway up to cabin.

The property is in a great private location near the creek. Unfortunately the futon base kept falling down to the floor so it needs to be secured properly. The AC didn’t work very well but it cooled down overnight. The AC units have obnoxious blue lights that flash all night. The body wash bottle in the shower didn’t have a top. Overall it’s a good place for a quick overnight in the canyon if you want to avoid paying high prices at the resorts but it needs a little more attention to make it great.

We really enjoyed the location of this cabin—tucked away in a peaceful area, yet close to all the beauty Sedona has to offer. The cabin was very clean and made for a wonderful getaway.Unfortunately, the AC did not cool the cabin properly, and there were no fans available to help with air circulation, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. We also reached out to the host for assistance but did not receive a response.With a few improvements, this could be a perfect stay

Beautiful and Peaceful

I traveled the world and determined my favorite place in the world is the one where I am minutes from my family. So Arizona it is.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I lucked out in this neighborhood. This cabin is over 100 years old and the estate wanted to sell it and I ended up with it. It was a battle to keep it at times but I fought to keep this property, it was a major struggle to keep it but it was a God thing and it is mine. I am beyond grateful to have this beautiful space to share with my friends, family, and the sojourners.

This property while being 100 years old has been re-build in its entirety, not the bones, they stayed it has the soul of a 100 year old space to embrace all the beauty that is in yourself and in Sedona. Soulful, just like you.
