Fantastic location, grocery stores, shopping , restaurants, parks, fishing with in 10 minutes away. 3 minutes to 275N/S, 5 minutes to downtown. Wake up with bird singing, enjoy a nice relaxing swim , lay by the pool enjoy the sunshine.
The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Please no pets allowed, let's be consider with people with allergies. I'm allergic to dogs and cats saliva, there is no such a thing as a truly hypoallergenic pet, Please read all information and rules before your booking. The listing base occupancy is 7 guests.

This house is a GEM in St Pete! It looks deceivingly small from the front but open the door and walk into an AWESOME space that just keeps going and going! The house features a great layout, is stocked with everything you need, and the backyard is a dream, especially the pool. It’s located conveniently to everything between downtown St Pete and the beaches. The host is wonderful. Beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This property is gorgeous and very well maintained. The pool was awesome for our family who took full advantage of it. We had a slight issue with the entry code but the host was very responsive and very quick to resolve the issue immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We had a blast staying here and if we come back to St. Petersburg again then we will definitely be staying here.

Stayed for a local swim meet, the place is fulled stocked and nicely located to everything in a quiet neighborhood and the host is friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a week. The house was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We cooked dinner several nights in the kitchen without any problems. The pool was very nice. The only drawback was the mosquitos, but that’s not the homeowner’s fault. The entire St. Pete area has a bad mosquito problem this year. So we stayed inside in the evenings and watched movies with the children. The back laundry room was a great playroom for the kids.

Sisters getaway

Lovely, well maintained property that suited our needs perfectly. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and restaurants. It was very easy to visit St. Petersburg and other beach areas on the Gulf. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Sweet in St.Pete

Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay at your house. My family was in for my daughters wedding and this is their notes:I highly recommend staying there. The property is extremely clean and secure in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and everything you need for feeling at home. The pool was refreshing and the patio area was used a lot! Located close to grocery stores and the highway. The daily visit from the squirrel waiting for peanuts is also great. Disappointing location

Pool was nice but no lanai. Only had table umbrella to get shade. House had poor curb appeal. Neighborhood not inviting! Beds were comfortable . Location of garbage pails was not clear. Glad there was a gas stove and toaster oven . Plenty of towels.

Spring training visit

This property was even bigger than the pictures showed. Great communication with our hostess throughout the entire process. The place was spotless when we arrived. We were 4 adults and a teenager and had plenty of space for all of us. Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

When we pulled up to the house, we were like, meh... kinda small. That all changed as soon as we opened the door. This place is so much bigger on the inside. Everything was extremely clean and organized. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. The pool was also spotless.

Our family Christmas together

This home was perfect for our Maine family of 5 to use while they were here for Christmas . Very nicely arranged for everyone’s privacy and had all the necessary items available for a pleasant stay. It was well thought out.
