Vår lyxiga lägenhet ligger bara en kvarts promenad till hissarna på Park City Mountain Resort. Denna privata lägenhet har en mycket mysig atmosfär som borde sätta denna lägenhet högst upp på din lista för din nästa semester! Vi är extremt nära fyra olika hissar på Park City Mountain Resort! Vår lägenhet är den perfekta platsen att varva ner efter en hel dag med skidåkning, mountainbike, shopping eller någon av de många aktiviteter som finns tillgängliga i hela Park City-området. Utsikten från den privata uteplatsen är fantastisk med utsökt utsikt över orten, staden och själva berget för din vakna på morgonen. Och naturligtvis skulle en dag efter skidåkningen inte vara komplett utan att njuta av din egen privata badtunna.

Den har 3 sovrum / 3 badrum: sovrum med komplett badrum och uteplats. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och TV. Det sista sovrummet har två uppsättningar drottningstor våningssängar och eget badrum. Dessa lägenheter ligger bara en kort bilresa från Salt Lake City International Airport (30 minuter). 10 sovplatser i sängar.
Vardagsrummet har en HDTV med DVD-spelare. Det innehåller ett stereoanläggning med IPod-anslutning och CD-spelare. Det är också en perfekt tillflyktsort för en grupp par som vill ha kul! Barn är välkomna, men hyresgästen måste vara över 21 år. Husdjur och rökning är förbjudna, inga undantag. Vi kan göra din semester i Park City perfekt för dig! Quiet,Clean ,Spacious, w/ short walk

The unit was bright and the space was much roomier than the other 3bedrooms we’ve stayed at in park city . Three full bathrooms is a plus!. It was quiet. We didn’t need a car. We enjoyed the hot tub. I REALlY appreciated that they provided soap, detergent , toilet paper & paper towels , spices etc! A blender & skillet would’ve made cooking easier. I did not find a broom or I would’ve swept kitchen,sorry! Others might want more than one tv but we were there just to ski. They also were kind enough to return our watch we left behind .We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Condo in a great spot

Short walk to the slopes where you can ski down to the lifts, you can avoid having to walk back up at the end of the day by skiing “CB’s Run” at the top of Eagle (Also accessible via King Con).Not so convenient to downtown PC but as a family, that’s not what we were looking for so it worked great for us.

Highly Recommended

Overall great stay. Ski-on to the "Eagle/First Time" lifts and ski-off from the "Silver Star" residential run.Place was in perfect condition and owner is extremely responsive to any issues/questions. Hot tub is of course a huge after day on slopes.Will book again!

Park City Skiing

Nice place right on the side of the mountain, short walk to the slopes. The dining room chairs are rickety and need to replaced. Other than that a great place for winter activities.

Great Location!

Overall, a great place to stay. Great location. Skiing was amazing! Walk over to the lifts. End of the day was a little trickier to get back as we had to ski down an ungroomed black run, but we managed :) Owner was very responsive and quick to fix a few issues (hot tub was not working the first day - low temp, low water - but was fixed within 24 hours). Heating of the unit took a few days to figure out - we were hot! Turned off the heated floor, lowered the thermostat, but still couldn't figure out why the bedrooms were so much warmer. We had to open some windows, but unfortunately the bunk room windows didn't open (very old, need replacement). The condo could use a proper "House Manual" - we had to figure out a few things ourselves. Also, a few things in the listing are old - there is no stereo or CD player. There is no TV in the queen bedroom. Beds were ok but could use some new pillows/bedding. The first night, our neighbors upstairs were very loud, very late (about midnight/1am) unfortunately. It was mostly just a lot of footsteps and items being dropped? There's not much that can be done about that but just a heads up that there is a unit above this one. Also - door code given is for the side door which was confusing. We thought it was the garage door but that is different. We had everything we needed for cooking and grocery store is very close. Overall, we had a great time at the condo. Thank you.

Ski trip March 2024

We enjoyed the apartment. We had some difficulty adjusting the thermostat to be cool enough for us. We would have liked to know how an inexperienced skier could ski in so there was less walking. Skiing out was great. Really liked that all 3 bedrooms had full size or larger beds and a private bath. Also liked that there was enough seating for all of us in the family room. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. We would stay there again but would choose to have our own car with us. There is no shuttle service without a long walk.

Great Location, Great Space

We recently stayed at the condo with a total of 8 people. It has the right amount of space to stretch out after a long day on the mountain. It's closeness to the slopes is perfect, closeness to downtown made for lots of fun. We appreciated the hot tub and the beds. Whether it's a family or a group of family/friends, this will suit you well!

Perfect location, great stay

The location of this condo cannot be beat -- less than 5 minute walk to silver star lift/rentals/restaurant in one direction or main PCMR Village in the other direction. Condo itself is nicely outfitted and well laid out. The private hot tub is the perfect way to apres ski and so wonderful. There is a condo above this one, so upstairs neighbors can be a little noisy depending on their schedules. Patrick the host was responsive and helpful. Good vibes throughout the condo - it is a wonderful place to stay for a family who loves to ski and spend time together.

Crescent Condo Stay

Incredible experience that allowed us to avoid having a car at all with a ski-in-ski out location. Very nice unit with anything we could need. Good for group that aren’t sharing beds. Garage code provided was not accurate but otherwise host was very responsive. We were able to leave our bags in the garage after checkout to be able to ski another day.

Great family trip to Park City!

We had a great family ski vacation to Park City. The house was very clean, close to the slopes and was the perfect size for our family. The living room was very cozy and made for perfect movie-watching at night after a busy day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room area was great. The hot tub was enjoyed as well!

We have rented this unit before and it is great. We own a unit across the street but when we have the entire family we need more space. So it is perfect and has a hot tub to boot!

Had some issues

We had some issues - lamps not working, toaster broke mid week, outside garage door opener did not work, no lighting in stairway for a few days, fireplace issue finally did get fixed, screen fell out of window in middle of night - but no major problems. The heated floors were a major plus - loved them. Very nice TV and internet service. Not related to condo - the bus system in Park City sucks. They should take a lesson from Steamboat Springs or Crested Butte. Those 2 areas know how to run mass transit for skiers.

3 BR condo in close walking distance to slopes

This is a very nice condo a short walk away from the Park City Resort base area. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the condo layout worked very well for us, a grandparent, two parents and two children. It was very nice to have access to a garage for our car. The hot tub was a great addition, enjoyed daily by all of us. Patrick, the manager of the property, was quite professional and responded quickly to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

I bought this property because of the skiing and the fact that it is so close to the airport. I don't have to worry about a long drive after a lot of travel and hassle. Who wants to get stressed out before they go skiing? And the skiing--there are a huge variety of runs all over the area. Plus, the very hills that make skiing so much fun during the winter make mountain biking fun as well. There's a ton of shopping and every recreational experience is available either in Park City or in Salt Lake City!!! There is so much fun available because of its central location.

Did I mention skiing? All the reasons I bought this are the unique benefits you'll find at my property. My windows have a view and the skiing is tremendous and close. My condo has a washer and dryer for any wet clothes, a full kitchen for large, hot, hearty meals, a wood-burning fireplace for cozying up, a hot-tub for soaking away the fun of the day......I love how everything I could want to do is within arm's reach!!
