Vackra, rymliga, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, familj hem i Berkshires ligger pÄ en privat vÀg pÄ kristallklart Richmond Pond med privat brygga för bad och bÄtliv. VÄrt hem i Berkshires Àr bekvÀmt och rent med trÀgolv, takfönster, rymliga garderober och trÀpaneler. Det har nyligen renoverats med en helt ny duschbadkombination, ny diskmaskin, nytt kylskÄp, ny spis, energieffektiv tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare och frodig landskapsarkitektur. Det finns luftkonditioneringsapparater i vart och ett av de 3 sovrummen och ett nedervÄningen i vardagsrummet / matsalen. Det finns mÄnga böcker, spel, ett fullt utrustat kök med bord och sex stolar plus ytterligare matbord med plats för upp till 8. Vi erbjuder rena sÀngklÀder, en roddbÄt, en kajak, en paddelbÄt, livrÀddare och mÄnga vattenleksaker. Huset sover 7 personer i bekvÀma sovrum. Det finns ett stort trÀdÀck med bord, paraply och stolar och en andra dusch i en angrÀnsande byggnad med mycket varmt vatten. Ingen rökning. Spektrum trÄdlöst internet av god kvalitet tillhandahÄlls, plus kabel-TV (plattskÀrm), DVD och videobandspelare. (Observera att WIFI installerades 2016 sÄ att tidigare recensioner inte listar det.) Fiske Àr utmÀrkt i Richmond Pond; den Àr fylld med en mÀngd abborre, pumpafrön, brasme, blÄgröna, rockbas, bullhead, bÀcköring, brun öring, crappie, largemouth bas och pickerel. Det Àr en 15 minuters bilresa till Tanglewood (sommarhemmet i Boston Symphony); ocksÄ nÀra Berkshire Theatre Festival, Stockbridge; Barrington Stage, Pittsfield; lenox; Great Barrington; Jacobs kudde; och Williamstown. Albany flygplats ligger 1 timme bort. Vandring, cykling och vattenskidor finns tillgÀngliga.

Relaxing

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful spot. The house had everything I needed and more.It was clean and well equipped. I particularly enjoyed the private dock where I could take my dog swimming just about every day. This is what a vacation getaway should be.....relaxing!It's a great location for hitting different areas in the Berkshires. It's a quiet neighborhood as well.

We had a great time!The living room is very pretty in the afternoon. The bed pillows are comfortable and the heavy quilts were great because the temperature drops low at night. There are plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans.But we couldn't get the coffee pot to work and we couldn't get movies on the TV without entering a pin, which we didn't have. The washer and dryer were full of clothes, so when we left we just put our used sheets and towels in the wicker basket. We bought soap for the bathroom (there was a small amount of body wash) and shampoo. There is information on local places to visit, some games and books.We would go back again. It's a fun place to stay, cozy and family friendly.

Absolutely as advertised!

I almost don't want other people to know about this property. It is close to the water, spacious, and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own AC, so sleeping was no problem. I had a few questions, and the property owner was incredibly responsive. I can't say enough good things about this gem!

Warm, Beautiful Cabin with Thoughtful Touches

From the moment we walked into this eclectic cabin, bathed in a warm, gentle light, we felt right at home. Everything we could possibly need was already there, and the space just invited us to relax and settle in.The first few days were cold and rainy, but the cabin kept us warm and cozy. We spent our time putting together a puzzle, playing Cribbage, and venturing out for misty hikes. When the sun finally came out for the last two days, my husband took the boat out to fish. Next time, we’ll be sure to take advantage of the kayaks, too!We truly appreciated the beautiful, personal touches throughout the home. The decor, lovingly put together by the owners, made the space feel not just like a house, but a home. Thank you for sharing it with us — we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Wonderful vacation

Peaceful, close to town

This was a great place for my parents to stay while visiting town. Close to everything, but peaceful and quiet. Downstairs bed and bathroom easily accessible for folks with mobility challenges. (Some people with mobility challenges might find it easier to be dropped in front of the house, rather than walking from the parking spot, even though it's close.)

Squeezing the last out of summer

My family and I rented this cozy lake house over Labor Day weekend. This was our forth stay in this house and enjoyed every minute. We took the kayaks out, went swimming, lazed about on the deck, hung out on the porch reading books. It had everything we needed to relax and get ready for the new school year. We might try and make it an annual tradition!

Berkshire Rental

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent at this location. The dwelling was nicely furnished and well maintained and the pond invites recreation. If we vacation in this area again we would gladly return. The Bartlett Orchard Farm Store is a big plus and the road along the pond beach and boat launch is a great place to walk the dog.

Happy Holiday!

This was a perfect getaway place for a long weekend! It is located close to the main road for getting around. The dock at the lake was wonderful for some quiet time and a great view of the stars at night. We enjoyed it very much. The house had everything we needed.

Super place

The pond was so pretty, and just a short walk from the house. The porch was so pleasant; windows all around with peaks of the pond in view. Great location to Lenox where we enjoyed some excellent restaurants. We may return when the weather is warmer and we can take advantage of the boats.
