Newly Built Home with Mountain Views perfect for your next Desert Escape

This new construction home is ready to host you for your desert adventure! There are multiple award-winning golf courses within a few miles of this home, with a championship course just a short walk away. If you prefer to hike, there are many miles of hiking trails nearby in the Superstitions. The views surround the house from Dinosaur Mountain in the back, to Flatiron Peak and the Superstitions just behind.


Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen that is open to the dining and living rooms. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The primary bedroom has an attached bath with floor to ceiling tile and a spa-like bathtub and separate shower.


In the garage you will find an electric vehicle charger (50 amp, 240V) which is available for guests to use, as well as three bikes to use in touring the nearby trails, coffee shops, and restaurants in Gold Canyon.


This home is 35 minutes from PHX Sky Harbor, and 25 minutes from Mesa-Gateway airport. Gold Canyon is located right off of HWY60 and is a perfect place to stay when exploring the east valley.

We really enjoyed our stay. Convenient location for our needs and really nice property. Beautiful view off the back porch! And the Gambel's Quail that were hanging out were a huge bonus!

Courtney was an excellent host. The home was very well equipped in the kitchen. It was convenient to cook and storage containers provided for leftovers. The beds were comfortable. We were extremely pleased with the little details that were not forgotten.

An absolutely beautiful home with so many amenities including seasonings, coffee, dish washer pods, laundry pods. The bed was comfortable. The back view of the mountains was perfect for coffee in the morning.

Weekend getaway

We stayed in this house as it was close to my parents house who live in GC. We came to visit them and it was perfect to be able to come back to your home at the end of each day. Thank you so much! Your home is lovely and so very clean and comfortable.

Base for exploration

We absolutely loved this house. It is bright, clean, modern, quiet and roomy. We used it as a base for several days of exploring the Superstition Mountains, Boyce Thompson Arboretum and more. We will definitely stay here again!!

What a wonderful experience! Modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, large walk in closet (a real bonus), fully stocked kitchen, parking in the garage the positives are endless! Owner was very accommodating to our request to stay another night after our son’s wedding. Do not hesitate to book you will be highly satisfied.

Lovely stay

We were hardly here as we were in town for an off-site event, so we mostly were here between about 9pm and 5am each day -- enough to sleep and get ready for the day's activities. That said, everything was fine, comfortable, clean and we had zero issues!

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home. Extremely clean, well stocked with everything you need and a very convenient quiet location. It was nice to have a garage and sure enjoyed using the bikes. We would absolutely stay there again next time we are in Gold Canyon.

Realy fantastic home in the desert of Phoenix

Very accommodating and service oriented owner - communication was quick and easy.This home is brand new and built ot very high standards. Solid doors, beautiful tile, warm bedroom carpeting...just a really nice home.More than enough daily living supplies to get through your stayWe were very satisfied.
