Bedrooms: The home features three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each offering a unique ambiance. The master bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed; The second and third bedrooms provide queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. Additional sleeping arrangements are available with an air bed and additional pillows.
Kitchen and Dining: A state-of-the-art kitchen awaits you, complete with new appliances, elegant countertops, and all the essentials for gourmet cooking. The adjacent dining area seats 6, perfect for communal meals.
Urban Oasis: The property includes a charming and spacious front yard, ideal for outdoor relaxation and socializing. We have a grill, fire pit and comfy chairs outside to make sure you enjoy the property. Also, have plenty of outdoor activity toys if you bring kids.

With being downtown you have close access to dining, shopping, the coastal trail, campbell creek trail system, Performing arts, the train depot, Fish Creek, and all the perks of being in downtown Anchorage. The neighborhood is tucked away and home is located on a quiet street. You will find most residents, running, biking, walking, and enjoying the outdoors all year round. The lagoon and WestChester park are a quick few minute walk. In the summer months make sure to pop by the little hot dog stand at the park for one of Anchorages best Reindeer dogs!
