Naples trip

Wonderful property, very new & clean

We really enjoyed staying at the property. We were impressed with the attention to detail and everything we could possibly need or want was there. We joked that a great designer and master craftsman carpenter worked their magic to make it a great place to stay.

Christmas vacation in Naples FL

We have never been to Naples FL but we will certainly be coming back. Tracy and Eric were excellent hosts. The house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. When we return to Naples I will make it a point to check this property's availability.

Green water entire stay, toilet leaked, washing machine door locked and clothes stuck

The water was not safe to drink or cook with as the plumber who came to assess the green water stated. Situation was never resolved during our 10 day stay there and we were stuck, unable to move. Owners asks if they could look for a place for us, to which I said yes and they never found us a place. Communication was lacking and not timely. Dirty toilet water all over floor one morning when I woke, definitely a plumbing issue at this property.

Gorgeous

The house had everything you could possibly need. Kitchen had noce cookware Bathroom had everything you need (forgot to pack). Towels were good quality. The house was beautifully remodeled. The furniture was very nice, good quality. Washer and Dryer was of high quality. I will stay again and again. Easy contact with the host. Very friendly and helpful. Loved my stay.

Cozy Naples Cottage

This house is a brand new remodel and is just beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped with brand new appliances. We did not need anything. Everything was very clean, furniture was brand new. Leather sofa and loveseat were very comfortable. King sized bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean and nicely decorated. Nice screened in lanai. Quiet dead end street. Very near 5th Avenue. Short drive to the beach, Naples Botanical Garden and Celebration Food Truck Bar is 5 minutes away. It’s a great small house perfect for us, a newly retired couple. Would be good for a couple with young children as well.
