Situated on the second floor of the building, light and airy, one bedroom apartment with high ceilings. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen (if you really want to cook during vacation) linens, towels (bath and pool) , internet 40 megas, cable, ceiling fans and individually controlled AC units in each space. The Neighborhood:
Privileged location, 14th St and 10th Ave. Right in the center of Playa del Carmen, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and Quinta Alegría shopping mall on 5th. Getting Around:
THE AREA:
You'll walk everywhere in minutes, no more than 200 mts. you will find places of interest and several shopping options: authentic mexican food, all-fresh juice bars and vegan-friendly shops. We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. PARKING:
Metered parking spaces on the street.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Playa del Carmen to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this villa has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
