Underbar fri utsikt över viken från andra våningen vid Summerspell. Den här 2: a våningen erbjuder en av de mycket få hörnbalkonerna i byggnaden med utsikt över poolen.
Det blir bara inte bättre än det här! Sitt på din balkong och njut av utsikten över stranden och ljudet från vågorna. Denna speciella enhet erbjuder fantastisk utsikt hela vägen ner på stranden och har en vacker solnedgångsutsikt på kvällen. Vi har nyligen uppdaterat enheten med ett nytt A / C-system och ny spis. Enheten erbjuder mysigheten i hemmet men de coola avkopplande färgerna Florida. Sovrummet erbjuder en kingorps postorpedisk säng, inbyggda våningssängar; denna enhet kan sova 4 bekvämt. Vi har nu trådlöst internet !!!
Summerspell är en ständig favorit längs Scenic Highway 98 och är en lägenhet med lägenheter vid stranden med max 30 enheter. Det är ett utmärkt val för små familjer och par som letar efter en strand reträtt utan att betala golfen främre priser. Gå ut genom ytterdörren över den natursköna Hwy Crosswalk och du är vid STRANDEN!

Perfect place to stay!

We wanted an easy place to stay right across from the beach, where we could easily get in an out of our car and go exploring. This place was perfect. It is very well decorated, very clean, and easy to access. The owner was very communicative. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, easy, and feels like home, this is it!

SummerSpell 203

The condo was spotless and comfortable. We would stay there again. The digital door lock sticks a bit. The video was helpful to learn how to use the lock but it would be more helpful to add to the video that the humidity tends to make it stick sometimes. The sunsets are breathtaking and viewed from the lanai.

Great stay as always!

We enjoy staying at Summerspell and 203 is our favorite unit. The owners are so helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped. The view from the balcony can't be beat. It is so relaxing to hang out and watch the waves. There are plenty of TV channels and also some board games if you wish. Everything is always very fresh and clean. Plus it is easy to maintain that while you are staying with very little effort. It has become a home away from home.

Wonderful

When your only complaint is that the wi fi password is too long, you know you had a great stay. Spotless condo in a great location with a really nice pool at a price that’s hard to beat. Highly recommended.

Property Manager failed to respond to concerns

Area is great. Building not so much. Upon first entering the condo there is a musty odor, that never went away. The bathroom exhaust fan is almost completely covered in dust. A toothpick laying on the floor. On the second night, a cockroach scared the crap out of me, I wasn’t quick enough to kill it. It ran into a closet. I alerted the property manager that evening of some of the issues. No response was ever given.

Great Condo/Noisy guests

We have stayed at Summer Spell many times in the past. We love the location and affordability being just across the service road from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. While the condo was perfect, clean and well stocked, we were not pleased with the amount of noise in the complex. There were kids everywhere, out in the pool and hot tub until almost midnight and one night until 2am!! Whoever was above us on the third floor was jumping and banging all night long. Not what we are used to at Summer Spell. But again, to reiterate, the condo was great! The only complaint was a very uncomfortable couch. Great condo for the money! Thanks to the owners.

Exceptional!!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! I am a stickler for cleanliness and decor and this place does not disappoint. Right down to the great beach chairs (Tommy Bahama) the umbrella for shade on the beach and such a short walk to the beach!! The king sized bed was very comfortable, the furniture over all was clean of stains etc so I felt like I could actually relax while sitting on the couch. The location could not have been better and the parking and no elevators to wait on was an added bonus!! This condo “felt” new to the VRBO site and we would highly recommend it and will plan to stay again in the future. This is a 5 star rental. Danny & Kim R

Great family getaway

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 little ones, 3 and under). Location was perfect, short walk to the beach, and Pompano Joe's, where we grabbed dinner most nights, just so we didn't have to get in the car with the kids. The pool was right below our balcony which was very convenient as well. Overall great stay!

Great place

We stayed in this condo for 4 nights and loved it. The location is perfect, you are about as close as you can get to the beach without being right on it. It is right across the street from a free public beach. We went during a very busy time, but I never felt like the beach was too crowded. The room included 4 beach chairs and an umbrella that we used everyday. There were also some beach toys that our little girl used. The pool was also nice, we used it every night.

SUMMER SPELL #203

Excellent location for Beach access !! All the fun little shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Pompano Joe's has the best Happy Hour and is located right across the street. This is our 2nd stay at Summer Spell and will be our go-to for future visits. The condo is stocked with everything you need to make your vacation complete, from fantastic views to comfy beds and stocked kitchen supplies. Highly recommend - 5 stars

Great rental with beach view!

Great location! So close to the beach! Very nice rental, clean and fresh! To many good things to list! So I will just put out some inconvenience that I found to my family. The washer and dryer they mention is not in the house, but a coin laundry downstairs. The bunkbed is built a little hard to get up there. First rental that ask to empty dishwasher and put everything back to their place😅.(normally just wash the last load and leave them there) other than that, pool and jacuzzi are great! Sound proof surprised me. I thought would hear some noise since it is so close to the pool and beach. But very quiet! Would recommend!

GREAT VALUE, GOOD LOCATION

Good value, close to alot of cool stuff, easy to get to beach, watch the waves from your patio. Very clean. Great value. Go grocery shopping first. paper products, seasonings etc. Limited stock in kitchen and groceries paper products are costly.
