We celebrated our 50th anniversary here with our family of 19, ages 10-81. Spaces for all to spread out with beach and pools steps away. Would suggest guests bring some portable towel towers or stands as suits and towels can’t be hung over railings and there’s plenty of room inside to set some up. We loved our time there and would definitely return. It has spoiled all other Destin/Pensacola area rentals for us.

Great location and accommodations. My wife and I took our kids and spouses and all of our grandkids and had plenty of room and privacy when needed. Everyone absolutely loved it and we hope to go back next year at the same time

Beachfront bliss

Our family of 21 felt right at home. We had plenty of room for all ages of kids and adults alike. The pools were short walking distance from our house. The beach was perfect, water and waves enjoyed by all.

Property is beautiful and great location, the pools were a huge hit with the kids. Lots of space and great dining area for a larger family. Only dislike is there were absolutely no window coverings for the master suite with floor to ceiling windows (you could see in the room from the beach). If you are travelers hoping for lots of rest, better window covers are needed.

Summer Trip with Friends

The property is as described and right on the beach. Location was exceptional. What minimal communication was required was answered/fixed within ample time. There was just 14 parents and 18+ adults and we had plenty of room to have our own space. I would highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous, huge house. It was honestly the nicest home I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The property was immaculately maintained, and everything was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.The views were truly unmatched — I have never seen such breathtaking oceanfront scenery in my entire life. It felt like you were right on top of the water, and we spent a lot of time just taking it all in.The home itself is massive, with more than enough space to comfortably accommodate a large group. Even with just eight of us, we never once felt crowded. It would easily work for much bigger parties while still feeling comfortable and spacious.We recommend a few paint touchups from rust outside, and having housekeeping do a quick bug clean up 2 hours before guest arrival. Patio furniture could use replacing, but overall, simply outstanding experience. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay in a stunning property, and we would return repeatedly.

We have 7 children and a grandchild. There were 20 of us in the home and there was plenty of room for everyone! We ranged in age from late 40’s to 1 year. Everyone enjoyed this home as well as the location. The 2 kitchens was a huge plus for us. The master bedroom has large windows facing the beach we personally liked having the sun come in early, but there are no window coverings. The home was exactly as described in the listing.

34th year of Golf Trip

My friends and I have been doing a golf/beach trip since 1991. This is the nicest property we have had for the trip. It was a great location and property. Really cant do much about it but LOTS of fisher people come each day that are not staying at the property, and they are there each day. They set up fishing stands in front of you. They are not rude but there are a lot and they do have stands withing 5/10 feet of your chair. Still, great time and prop.

Family Vacation

The pictures of the house does not do it justice! It feels like you are sitting on top of the water. No matter what floor you are on there are beautiful water views. There is direct access to the beach off of the bottom floor making it so easy to have beach walks. The house does not come with extras: spices, cooking oils or beach towels so plan accordingly. We had babies with us and needed to buy a baby gate for the stair cases off the main level. We did use the rental company for the crib and that worked seamlessly. They’re very easy to talk with and accommodating for checkin times. We already are talking about when we can come back next.

September vaca

Overall it was great. The location is wonderful. First time for us to stay on the beach other than in a condo. A house is so much better. There were some issues. We had to get the hot water worked on. We had some drains that had to be worked on. We had a toilet that required some work. However Ocean Reef was prompt to address these issues as they arose and were very courteous when they did. The owners could invest in more comfortable furniture and mattresses. The view was awesome but the windows were coated in salt mist and we had to wipe them down to see the view clearly. The bedrooms could use a chest for more drawer storage. However, we enjoyed our time there together and had a great time.
