This newly renovated in 2023 custom beach bungalow is a block and half from the beautiful Brigantine beaches. Open concept common areas with 4 bedrooms/2 full baths (1 tub and 1 walk-in shower). Freshly landscaped and fully furnished with brand new furniture, coastal decor and beach supplies. Includes 8 beach badges. Spend all day at the beach and come home to the perfect coastal setting!

This 1200 square foot beach home is the perfect space to spend time with family but still have 4 private bedrooms to return to after a day of beach fun. Layout with 4 bedrooms, 7 beds and 2 full baths will be as follows:
- Master bedroom with king bed and full ensuite bathroom including walk-in shower
- Queen bedroom with direct access to side deck
- Full bedroom
- Bunk bed room with full bottom, twin top, and twin trundle
- Pullout couch in living room
- Full bathroom with tub and folding glass door for easy kid bathing
- Brand new custom kitchen
- Front porch/deck with Polywood rocking chairs and loveseat
- Side deck with Polywood dining table and 8 chairs
- Side patio with Weber grill
- Brand new landscaped yard with river rocks, patio area/free parking (fits two cars), stepping stones, and outdoor shower
Guests will have complete private access to the full space.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Excellent quiet beach house street with easy access to one of the largest beaches on the island as well as walkable to many local eateries and shops. Perfect location on the island â walk to Aunt Bâs for Ice Cream, Ernestâs for sandwiches/meats, Aversaâs for everything. Renovated Acme grocery store a few blocks walk. Brigantine Beach Volleyball and Badminton one block north. Mini golf/pickle ball/tennis a block south. 4x4 beach nearby (permit required) and plenty of local marinas for watersport activities. Easy drive or Uber/Lyft ride to the Atlantic City Boardwalk and casinos.
