The designer kitchen consists of an induction cooktop, wall oven, drawer dishwasher, build in fridge and quartz countertop. The unit also features a large entry closet and washer/dryer. The single sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for one additional guest.
The new, modern Yates on Yates building is centrally located, urban and enviably walkable. Surrounded by hip restaurants, trendy shops and cultural icons like the vintage Odeon cinema and the world-class Alix Goolden Performance Hall.
The new building comes complete with amenities such as a rooftop terrace with loungers, BBQs and panoramic views, bike storage (please check with us first) and secure underground parking for one vehicle.

CHECK IN is between 4 pm and 10 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees.
